The customer service I received from Independent Trading Company exceeded all expectations. I had purchased a jacket from a brewery, and after encountering an issue with it, I reached out to ITC with a simple question. Even though the jacket wasn’t purchased directly from them and resolving the issue wasn’t their responsibility, they generously offered to send me a replacement. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional.
