I called ahead of time to ask if they had mens tank tops the guy who answered the phone very unsurely said yeah. I went in that night and they had 2 little ones for a child. The guy was also too busy talking to his buddy to help me. This store must have taken the first person that applied for the job.

didnt inform of one person in the dressing room policy and then opened the door on my friend with his pants down and proceeded to leave it fully open and left him entirely exposed to other customers and then was very rude when speaking to us

The older woman with red, short hair was extremely unfriendly. She seems to be the owner. There was a young lady, obviously her employee, who was however nice and helpful.
The Owner never greeted us but stared at us the whole time. Her behavior made me uncomfortable and it got worse.
My teen daughter laughed and said she found a perfect dress for me - poofy vintage prom type ballgown....and actually cool in my opinion. Then the Owner said, "please leave, this shop is for serious buyers only." Wow!!!! I had a hat and sweater that I was going to buy....Not anymore!

Very cute store. They do have some very vintage stuff from like the 70s. The only deterrent was the smell of the shop and the size. It was so packed with stuff, it was overwhelming. Then two other people came in and we had to leave.

One of the most fun finds in Flagstaff. The owner, Nance, is a treasure. She loves to visit with customers and to share the story about how she met Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger) one night at a restaurant- with ALL the details of their interaction. She will laugh, smile and lose track of what she’s doing all while savoring every moment of connecting with you. She will tell stories about friends and family as though you know them- share pictures of her latest adventures and talk about how loud the *beeping* frogs were the other night while looking for a video so we could hear them too- all with the most infectious smile. We simply went into an interesting shop and left with a new friend, some cool clothing finds (and a handwritten note to pass along to a shop owner she she knows and is friends with in Tuscon). In a world where you can be anything…be a Nance. If you are in Flagstaff, stop in and say Hi- I promise you will leave with lifted spirits and a smile…and maybe some cool vintage clothes or a costume.

Not impressed! I was super excited to go here because I love vintage clothing and costumes, however I found it to be waaay over priced for clothing that wasn't even very vintage. Also, the costumes up front were all packaged items and weren't anything special. Maybe they just keep the cooler stuff in the back or something. I think I woulda had more fun and luck at a Spirit Halloween.

Stopped in as we were passing through to Santa Fe, and it did NOT disappoint. Incahoots is one of the rare vintage shops left that has an incredible selection without the price gauging. (Like so many other "vintage shops" now that it's trendy.) The owner and her employee were super sweet and friendly. If you're in Flagstaff and you love vintage, you have to stop!
