I want to share a big thank you to Danial for his excellent and kind service. I had submitted a maintenance request regarding the bathroom switches not working, and he came promptly and fixed them efficiently.

While he was working, I also mentioned a water pocket that had formed on the nearby wall the previous week, which I hadn’t included in the request. Without hesitation, Danial looked into it, repaired the issue thoroughly, and even painted over the affected area — all without being asked or expecting anything extra.

I truly appreciate his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you so much, Danial, for your exceptional work!

This review is long over due, however, I had a fantastic experience with IMT Maintenance Staff Member, Anthony! He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The customer service was top-notch, and rare to see these days.

Not once, not twice but three times he exceeded expectations. I always believe that an employee is an example of the company culture, and I'm excited to say Anthony is a great asset to IMT.

We had a dryer that, after years of use, refused to start back up. We made a request for repair, which Armando responded to. He tried replacing multiple parts until he realized that the actual motor had given up. He came back with a brand new dryer that exact day.

On his way out, he saw that we had the original faucet in our kitchen sink from when the apartment was redone and that it had a small leak. We had ignored this leak as tenants due to it dripping directly into the drain. He came back with a brand new faucet with a detachable hose which has made doing the dishes 10x easier.

We thank Armando for going above and beyond and for the great customer service.

This is not luxury apartments! Keep this in mind when you want to live here. You will be offered only old and problematic apartments here. I've been calling maintenance specialists at least once a week for a year. Do you think the problems have been fixed? No. They appeared again and again. At the very least, it violates privacy. You can also say goodbye to your left deposit in advance, because you will definitely not get it back, but you will also receive an additional fee, because these old apartments need to be put in order for new tenants with some money.
There are many problems with water and appliances. No sidewalks for safety. In addition, they point out that housing is suitable for the disabled - this is a lie. There aren't even proper paths to walk around with a stroller.

The gym and pool can be closed at random, you will never know the reason. Garbage is not taken out regularly.

Thieves broke into our car. Although they supposedly have a security patrol. In fact, all this patrol can do is chase residents away from public areas after 22pm.

If you take the time to read through the reviews from five years ago, you'll hit the nail on the head, because nothing has changed since then. They only need your money - before my eyes, the curb outside the office was painted red three times a year. Everything outside the office area is not their problem.
I also faced a terrible situation. I know two languages and some of the maintenance staff thought I didn't speak English. I heard them discussing my house and me among themselves. It's at least not ethical on their part. Just be careful being in this place. Take care of yourself!

Cody and Carlos from the IMT Maintenance team were awesome! Took care of a plumbing issue super quickly and cleaned up after themselves! Ask for them specifically!

Recently moved into these apartments and Patrick was great! He answered all of our questions and once we were approved allowed us to tour the apartment we are renting. He even checks in on us to see how we are settling into the apartment too. Highly recommend!

Great service and especially if you have any maintenance issues. Vince communicated with me and arrived promptly, he did an excellent job quickly resolving the issue. Very happy with how quickly everything was handled from beginning to end.
