Rude costumer service n overpriced items
If any item under sale or discount it must be presented as a discounted item.
And than we see that we r not in bazar.
N sure do clients have a right to try on the dress? Whether the customer wants to buy one or more items that is not a seller business and growl out.

My wife bought a jacket turned out to be damaged, they refused to refund because it was 2 days past their return policy. Zero accountability so be aware!
The item was not worn even once and had all the tags attached.
We asked to return the item due to quality issues and while we were ok to receive store credit for it due to the aforementioned 7 day policy the male store owner was still extremely rude!
Needless to say that we would not be going back to this store nor will we recommend it to anyone else.
If anyone feels nostalgia about USSR customer service, this is the place to be!
