Excellent service. My grandmother had her vehicle towed to your location for a new key to be programmed. Cris was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. Transportation was arranged for her also and Mario was the driver. Mario was very professional, courteous, and kind. 1 Year Update( 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2wd4)
I give it a rating of 2 due to several inconveniences I have had with the vehicle since day one. When leaving the agency, the rear box was already loose, the oil and battery clocks were not working properly and two windows were locked or stopped responding intermittently y.

After two months of use, the vehicle turned off twice which forced me to request a tow truck once and, on another occasion, assistance to pass the battery. In all visits to the service, the problems were not solved substantively, it seemed that they only made temporary adjustments, since the failures reappeared a short time later.

When I reported that the electrical system was failing like the screen and controllers and causing the vehicle to act abnormal they simply told me that it was something normal which I consider an inadequate response for such a serious situation

I do not recommend IV chevrolet.
I took my truck in for a diagnosis, the person who booked my appointment said the diagnostic charge would be waived if i did a repair with them, they said it needed a new battery so they can continue their diagnosis. I approved of the battery they continued their diagnosis, said they found nothing wrong, a few weeks later the engine is giving the same engine code and when I called the service advisor said they didn't do a diagnostic because the diagnostic was waived I had to pay again for them to look into the same engine code.
I overpaid for a battery, and my truck is still giving me the same code.
Additionally, they kept my truck there for weeks and wouldn't return calls. Horrible service, go to another dealership.

I drove 5 hours to pick up a 2025 Yukon ultimate XL. I had my own bank for the funding, they didn’t call them and I was at the dealer for hours for them to confirm and get the money they needed. I got the truck, the manager let me know he would give me a year of maintenance for the troubles. I’ve called back for weeks, kept getting told I’d get a call back and everyone disregards it. Happy with the truck, unhappy with who’s running the place to offer something to alleviate the situation and then not fall through with it.
