OMG!! This IHOP is awesome, great customer service and fast service. My waitress was patient and super friendly always checking up on us. Food was delicious. Will definitely come back.

Atmosphere, service, and food were all good. Our only problem was that our card was declined at the register. Several times. We ended up leaving our ID and going to the ATM, where it worked just fine. Don't know what happened with that, but it was awkward to be declined. In the way home we realized that we could have paid with our gift card in my pocket. Lol.

Juan is the most argumentative person I have ever seen. I have only been here twice. The first time he was argumentative with another guest and this time with me. He seated us at a super small table.It was breakfast at 11 am and I’m a larger lady so I asked for a bigger table and he said ten minute wait. I said ok cause this table is too small. He said it fits four people. We are larger. He asked me not to yell and I was just stating facts. He’s rude and argumentative. No wonder I don’t eat here often.

I walked in to place an order at the Lakewood location off the 65 and over menu for breakfast. I asked for 2 X 2 over easy eggs, sausage, sour dough and a soft drink. The bill came to $17.00!
When I got home I noticed I got bacon and looking back at the menu online, this meal should only be $8.99. Why did I pay $17.00 plus $2.00 tip? I was alone and mentioned to the girl I'm 67. I'll never go back and I've lived in Lakewood for over 60 years.

1/21/25 I ordered delivery service today. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the bread Was hard as a rock. My dog wouldn't even eat it. I also got their new breakfast burrito It comes with their salsa too but they never Include it. So If you order delivery It won't be as good as you walking into ihop and eating there. I mean that sandwich that they gave me was horrible. The five star I gave for service is for the delivery guy. I order from this ihop all the time and i'm really disappointed.

This place is terrible I do not recommend! The host is rude they take favoritism in seating. We were waiting for 30 mins and they seated at least 10 groups of people before us who had gotten there after us! The girls were rude and said we can be seated outside on a hot day if we prefer, keep in mind we had hungry children with us. We won't be returning.
