⚠️ STAY AWAY — SCAM WARNING ⚠️

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this business. I called in the morning to ask about screen replacement pricing and was given two options: basic and premium. When my wife went to the store later that day, she specifically asked for the basic option. However, at checkout, she was charged for the premium screen—without being informed or consulted about the change.

To make things worse, they didn’t even include the 3-month warranty they mentioned over the phone. When I called to address the issue, I was told that the 3-month warranty is only provided if you call ahead, and walk-ins get a 30-day warranty—even if the price and product are supposedly the same. That’s deceptive and makes no sense.

What’s more troubling is how they handled my complaint. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to shift the blame onto my wife. Suddenly, they claimed there were three types of screens—basic, standard, and premium—something they never mentioned during the initial call.

At this point, I have no idea what kind of screen was actually installed. Their lack of transparency and inconsistent information makes it hard to trust anything they say.

A reliable, honest business doesn’t operate this way. Save yourself the trouble—go to a reputable local shop that values clear communication and treats customers with respect.

I use a Samsung phone, and recently it got infected with a virus. It became really frustrating because every single second I was getting pop-up ads on my screen, making it almost impossible to use the phone properly. I tried to fix it myself but couldn’t figure it out, and the situation just kept getting worse.
