Ryan was a fantastic chef/host and the bread flavor and quality was even better! We got a loaf of marble rye for homemade Reuban sandwiches. I called on Thursday afternoon and it was ready by noon on Friday. What a terrific resource this is for the area!

I ordered a custom sourdough and man did Ryan deliver! Hands down the most amazing bread I have ever had, even after going through the mail!!! My only regret is i didn't order 2 or 3 of them 😆 truly just incredible, I cant even begin to describe how amazing it was, ive never had a sourdough so light and airy, it just melted in my mouth. I see his posts and actually had a dream about this custom loaf so I messaged him and he made it a reality! You only live once, buy the bread!!!

I was gifted a sample of the Garlic Focaccia and it was INCREDIBLE. It didn't even make it to my house because I ate the whole thing before I could get home 😍 It was THE best bread I've had since we went to Italy. Ryan is such a talented chef and one of the sweetest humans! You can taste the love and passion in every bite. Even though this is over an hour drive from me, I will make the trip to get this bread for any occasion. I wish I could give more stars. I can't recommend this enough. I Knead Bread is the best thing to happen to Dubois County and I can't wait to try his other masterpieces!
