The salesman I had named TJ was very knowledgeable, straightforward and he made sure everything was right! I’m moving my review from 1 star to 2, just until my car gets fully fixed. I received a call from the service manager Charles after my review, and had my car brought in promptly.

Sat in my car with a service member to diagnose the sound (I forgot their name, they seemed nice), and immediately upon simply starting my vehicle he caught the sound that I’ve been complaining about. Finally. It’s so unfortunate that I even had to bring my vehicle there 5 times only for an issue to be diagnosed within a second of me sitting in the car with someone in service. I genuinely don’t understand how a noise as bad as my car makes could not have been found, but the moment I’m there physically in the car with a service team member, the noise is heard.

I’m happy it’s being fixed under warranty, and some other issues found as well. But this experience still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Thank you to the service manager Charles for the quick response to my review and getting to the root of the issue.

Bought my car here 3 years ago, Hakeem is great.

Service center, awful. They’ve been VERY dismissive with a prominent issue regarding clunking and creaking noise with my suspension (mind you on a brand new Elantra). First appointment, they allegedly couldn’t hear the issue, caught them on my dash cam saying I should’ve bought a Lexus (next time, I will). Second appointment, they heard the issue. Had to wait for a third appointment to get sway bar bushings replaced, and I STILL am having the same issue. It sounds terrible.

I called the service center, and they were extremely dismissive. They just told me to schedule another appointment, but I’m sure I already know how that’s going to go. I would not recommend anyone come here for service of their vehicle. The service department truly does not care and it shows.

It’s incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. If you didn’t fix something correctly, maybe put your customer first and solve their issue to make things right?

We recently shopped around comparing Toyota, Hyundai, and GMC, and even though we ultimately went with a GMC, I have to give a huge shoutout to TJ Burke and the team at Hyundai of Turnersville.

From the moment we walked in, TJ was super helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit — no pressure, no games. Just a really great experience overall. His manager was also super supportive and made us feel totally taken care of.

If we ever decide to go with a Hyundai in the future, this will be the first place we come back to. Highly recommend this dealership and TJ if you're looking for honest, friendly service and a team that actually listens. Thanks again!

We recently leased a new 2025 Santa Fe from this dealership. The process was pretty quick and everyone was friendly and professional. TJ went above and beyond with helping us download and register the app and explain every aspect and feature in the vehicle before we left that day. He even called the next day to check in and see if I had any questions or needed any help. Don’t hesitate to visit and ask for TJ!

Went to Hyundai of Turnersville and within minutes of arriving Milton came out greeting us, answering questions & getting keys for a test drive!! He was professional and polite!! No pressure or upselling!! The process wasn't too time consuming, signed paperwork with Scott who was informative and funny!! And I left happy with the certified pre owned Hyundai I had initially went to look at!!
