Overcharged me on shipping ($45 for one pair of shoes) after they refunded the rest of my order with no notice. Then proceeded to ignore my emails. Bad business. Also send you worn shoes. Would recommend you don’t spend your money here.

This business will put items on sale because they are damaged, defective and/or dirty. They will also charge expensive shipping for the slowest delivery service. I unfortunately paid $30 in shipping because I thought I was getting a good price on the shoes I bought. Now I know why the price was so discounted. First and last time I buy from this business.

I was looking for some nice sneakers for my little cousin and I for Christmas. I found this place close to my mom’s house since I live out of state now. Anyway customer service is A1. From the chat feature on Google being answered before the store was open, to holding the sneakers, and having things ready for me at the counter when I walked in, it was all amazing! Even the shopping bags made my experience lovely. I’m definitely coming back again. And I can’t stress enough how much the customer service meant to me. AMAZING! Everyone was attentive from management to team members. This is my new spot ☺️

Absolutely love my local store. The staff here is incredibly accommodating and friendly (especially Manny!) Their new location looks great as well – spacious, well-organized, and has tons of good selection. Whether you're a casual shopper or a sneakerhead, this place has something for everyone. Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased an item as a Christmas gift for my child in Mid-December and paid for expedited shipping.

6 days later, i still had no tracking number, so I called. I spoke with 2 people who sounded like they were in a basement somewhere, who assured me that my item was fulfilled and would be shipped out yesterday. It would not be here in time for Christmas, but they assured me it was coming. Today, I received a notification that my order was canceled and refunded. I cannot recommend enough to avoid this store.

I had been waiting for my order in a week ago! They did claimed that it will be send it out shipping to my house on Saturday then I should have receive in 3 business days due moving location and delay before my birthday is coming up this Friday!! Lack of communication and not motivation to speed up delivery right away. I would never order anything online again and get my refund back, too..

First order from this website. They canceled my order 2 days later stating that I requested a cancelation of my order but yet haven’t mentioned anything about my refund. Shows I’ve been charged from them. The item is still up on their website for sale.
