As always my experience at Hudson’s Furniture was an extremely pleasant one. The remodeled showroom looks great! They have a good selection but I love 💕 my personal salesman, Ramone. He is kind, knowledgeable and he looks out for his customers. I’ve followed Ramone for many years. Most of the furniture in my house I purchased from him. I highly recommend Ramone and Hudson’s!

Excellent experience from shopping to delivery! Furnishing a vacation home 1000 miles away is not easy. We worked with Gregg who was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Communication was top notch! Furniture was delivered and the crew was fantastic and the furniture excellent quality. We love everything and couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Hudson Furniture. Definitely will be a repeat costumer:)

Bought our original “New Home” furniture almost 10 years ago with Hudson’s and didn’t hesitate to return when we needed to replace our Family Room furniture! Great inventory and pricing! Our sales agent, Ramon, did an incredible job in helping us decide on our purchase. Would highly recommend a visit before you buy somewhere else!

The experience was fine, by far the better location to shop for furniture than the Altamonte store (at the Altamonte store an employee wouldn't leave us be to look at their selection, and instead lounged on all the couches we were trying out like he was a model).
The furniture in question at both this and the Altamonte location are low quality. The first couch we purchased sagged greatly and the frame broke from just... sitting on the thing. Our second couch (which we purchased due to a refund credit from the first couch falling so badly) was a power recliner couch, and it broke the first time we tried to recline it. A technician came out to look and was surprised how badly it looked, put the couch back into its upright position, and recommended we never recline the couch. So we paid more for a couch that could recline, and now it can't even do that.
We contacted them on this issue on the 16th, the technician came out to check on the 19th. It is now the 25th, and it has yet to be resolved. We've been told four different dates when they would get back to us, and each time it gets pushed back. In addition, every bit of communication has been from us to them.
It appears Hudson's has no intention of swiftly fixing any issues their customers have, as our first couch had a warranty and it took over two months to be inspected and removed.

Highly recommend to avoid any and all Hudson's. There's better-made less frustrating furniture selections out there.

If for whatever reason you do have to shop at Hudson's, choose the Ocoee location; the Altamonte Springs location is terrible.

Delivery today went as scheduled. I am very happy with the bar stools I purchased. The quality and the comfort far exceeded other stools I had considered. I will think of Hudson's first next time I am shopping for any kind of furniture. Brendan was great to work with.

For a couple of months, I’ve been shopping for furniture for a new home. Most furniture stores seem to carry furniture that was cheaply made and disappointing. Hudson furniture was suggested to me. I was very happy to find informed, friendly sales people who did not push. Most of the furniture quality at Hudson exceeded that of the other stores I had visited. The furniture was in a similar price range as the large showroom stores that have less impressive choices. One of the most refreshing aspects about Hudson is the variety of fabric options available. So many custom options to choose from. I did, however, choose a fabric that was available in the warehouse for a sectional with built-in recliners for my living room. I will return to Hudson for the other furniture I need for my new home. Complimentary design service is available through the store without obligation. I plan to take advantage of that as I choose further furnishings and curtains for my home. The sales person who helped me spent much time explaining the different options I had and helping me understand the various characteristics of the couches and sectionals I found appealing. My salesperson was Gregg. I recommend him.

We had a fantastic experience working with Brendan at Hudson Furniture! He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and gave us great suggestions tailored to our needs. Brendan even offered to come to our house to take measurements, providing us with numerous options to choose from. His friendly and personable demeanor made the experience enjoyable, and we truly appreciated his patience—he went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.
Brendan invited us back for the grand opening event, which included amazing savings that encouraged us to purchase even more furniture. He also shared how much he genuinely enjoys working for the company and his manager, Beata Hudson. He mentioned that the store feels like home to him, which reflected in his excellent customer service.
When Brendan brought Brad to our house for measurements, they both worked together to create a detailed plan. They visualized how the furniture would fit into our room, which was extremely helpful in making our final decisions.
We also want to commend Beata Hudson for her outstanding leadership. She was incredibly friendly, checking in on us regularly to ensure we were happy with our experience. During the grand opening, she greeted us warmly, offered us a chair and a cup, and made us feel so welcome.
Overall, we are thrilled with the service we received and are so glad we had the opportunity to work with Brendan and the team at Hudson Furniture!

Hudson Furniture was a great experience! I remained at the Ocoee, Florida store for several hours during their special event. They would often offer me water and snacks as I walked about the store to determine what furniture was best suited for my home and selecting custom material samples. It's an investment not to be taken lightly. I was happy to work with their experienced and certified Design Consultant, Nano Abisaid. I ordered the FLEXSTEEL Sky Sectional and the Kingsman swivel glider chair. The furniture items arrived within a couple months and were exactly what I expected. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Nano as the Design Consultant at this location. She was very kind, helpful and patient throughout the process.
