My mom and my aunt went shopping there. They were made to feel like criminals. These ladies are in their 70's & 80's. While they were shopping, they were harassed by an employee who followed them throughout the store. They voiced their concern, and had the employee put back the merchandise they intended to buy, and left. My mother is very upset about this and as her daughter, I'm very upset about this. My mother's attitude is that they lost a good sale. My attitude about this is that my mother and my aunt were treated very poorly. Maybe don't harass your customers by staying glued to them while they shop in your store. You may find that no one wants to go there anymore.

Love Small town businesses!! Their staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and personalized each different need that your pets need! The knowledge of all products are known and personally used by all employees and owners.
There quality in products out beat anything you can buy at Wally World..their pricing for the quality is dialed in!!
