INCREDIBLE RESORT! This place is absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious. The room is super comfortable and beautiful. The lobby, restaurant, and room are impeccably decorated. Staff is friendly and super helpful. They have a great collection of information for everything going on in and around Santa Fe.
The art collection in the Hacienda area of the hotel is unbelievable, if you are staying in the main hotel they will walk you over and open it. It is truly the most incredible art I have ever seen.

Our stay at The Hotel Santa Fe was great! The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to our questions and needs. While the location is not next to the main plaza, the hotel offers free transportation within a one mile radius. We never waited more than a few minutes for the van to arrive. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The next time we are in Santa Fe, we will stay at the Hotel Santa Fe.

Positive: We love the location. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. Room was well designed and bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the folding doo that separated the small living room area from the bedroom. Negative: ""

This is a fabulous property and the only one that is Native American owned. There is art everywhere and on the weekends they have great entertainment. We were there on a Thursday night and had the chance to see Peter Feather Redheart play his flute with acoustic drum while eating a fantastic dinner at Amaya. It was beautiful. We forgot to take a photo of the room but it was lovely: comfy king bed, very clean and updated with a glass-front refrigerator.
The gym was well equipped.
The Spa has so many services that looked wonderful so we will definitely be back!

The only reason I'm giving a 5 star for the main part review is because of the lounge. It's got a great wood burning fireplace, welcoming ambiance and amazing service. Plus they do offer happy hour from 4 to 6 where you get half off drinks and food (whether or not you're staying at the hotel).

The hotel rooms definitely could use a refresher.
And the amenities fee is 100% uncalled for because the amount of taxes and everything else that you have to pay for hotel stays is already exorbitant, especially in Santa Fe.

A very nice hotel with great rooms. I booked a fireplace suit in the Hacienda and the from desk staff were friendly and efficient at check in . The Butlers in the hacienda are outstanding in service and willingness to help with anything.||The downside was that despite having my phone number and email it was not until I arrived that I learned that the elevator in the Hacienda was not functioning.and had not been for some time it seemed. This meant that access to the room was via two flights of stairs, the breakfast in the Hacienda was now to be served in the main hotel as was the evening reception. This entailed several trips up and down the stairs which for me as an elderly (88 years)) old semi invalid was quite a challenge. I was offered another room in the main hotel, but wanted to experience the Hacienda.||Our first room was situated just above a part of the car park where workmen were drilling a hole in the asphalt to accommodate an electric charging station for cars and the incessant noise was enough for us to move to another room which was perfect Again well done the Butler. ||Food in the restaurant was good and I had the best chicken pot pie in the West.||So overall a very good hotel, I just felt that6 the 10% discount I receive|ved as a local didn't truly compensate for all the inconvenience caused by everything described above, but I would stay again but checking beforehand that everything was working as advertised.

Just stayed a night. Great value! For those who say rooms are dated, what do you expect? I paid $170 and it was worth it for the complimentary shuttle service. Rick was an engaging guy, and he drove us around a bunch of times. Centrally located, very friendly staff. All in all, a fun stay

Held our annual sales summit at Hotel Santa Fe and was very pleased by the spacious room, which in addition to the room with a king sized bed, included a separate room with a small sofa, mini fridge, and microwave. Coffee and tea served on each floor of the hotel was convenient and fresh - a great service. The meeting space we used, The Library was charming and well equipped. Catering was delicious. Would highly recommend for business or personal/family stay.
