I came up there back in the end of October or first part of November I believe it was and got 2 patches put in my rear driver side tire. That’s the last time that tire was taken off. Today I go to change my breaks and they have screwed up all my lug nuts to where I couldn’t even get a socket on them and they broke one lugnut to where all it does is spin and I can’t get the lugnut off. I try to get the owners name to have a person to contact and current and previous workers refused to give it to me.

I’ve had two issues with this business. First one I let go and just dealt with it, but this one was it.

Hometown Tire has had complaints after complaints over the years regardless of who has owned it. Their techs are mediocre at best. Find a reputable tire shop that has good workers and even better customer service.

This place is an absolute joke.

I would leave this place zero stars if I could. I had went here to get my tire patched up from from a nail being stuck in it and all that happened was they took the nail out and didn't even patch my tire up so I ended up having to put my spare on until the next day since every other place was closed. I had said something about my low tire pressure light still being before I had left but they did not seem to care. Would not recommend no person of color to come here.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The ladies there were very kind!! The gentleman that performed my brake assessment was very thorough. Provided information for other potential issues that he noticed with my vehicle & was very honest!!!! 1000% Recommend others to this business!!!!

Always buy our tires there. Good prices and fast delivery. Have had mechanical repairs done there and have no complaints!
