While driving through Vegas, I desperately wanted to find a place to sleep. By pure coincidence of what I had set as my “hard stop” for driving distance I found myself in the unfortunate grip of gaudy hotels at cut rates. There was no amount of cheap hotels on the strip that could entice me to navigate that awful city. Certainly not if I am just passing through. So I hit the outskirts and found this hotel. The reception help was stellar. She could not have been more helpful. The room was well appointment and nice. The price was absurd. I feel like I was soaked for $400+ bucks for a 6 hour stay to sleep and get back on the road. 3 stars strictly for price point relative to the essentially free rooms “on the strip” aside from price I would be giving 5 stars. Perhaps I hit a bad night with regard to price pressures, but that seems like an unreasonable amount of money for a midnight check in. Again, check in staff was a wonderfully pleasant customer facing employee.

Love staying at new hotels! This one was clean, safe and quiet! Traveling with kids I love that the Home2Suites have larger rooms a fridge, bowls, silverware, and other items you might need in a multi-night stay. Slept great. There was a gas station in the lot too so I was able to fill up the car right there. Highly recommend!

We stayed 2 separate nights because we were traveling to California coming from Colorado. The hotel is perfect for family and the staff were very friendly. We liked their breakfast and having access to have the coffee at any time is great. Great location if you’re traveling since it’s far from the Las Vegas Strip and very quiet. The room suite is big and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There’s nothing really negative on this hotel and we will definitely stay again in the future when we travel to California again.

Loved the new hotel, everything looks new, and clean. Have small kitchenette, Free hot breakfast, free WiFi and free parking. Specially we had big truck, easy to park. Most likely is the provide drinking water fountain, coffee, tea bags, hot water all day at lobby.

We stayed @ this Home 2 Suites by Hilton location, while visiting family in Las Vegas - for a 70th birthday celebration. ||The staff was super friendly, helpful & accommodating as well - even after calling to see if we could 'check-in' early. And although the room wasn't quite ready, April was so kind to call us when the room was ready - which was still earlier than scheduled = BONUS!!! ||The king suite we had was very clean, had plenty of amenities needed, and the stasff even came in clutch when my husband forgot something - so I didn't have to run out to the store. The pull out bed was very comfortable, compared to any other pull out bed we've slept in before!!! The breakfast buffet offered was very delish, had plenty of options to choose from - both food & beverage - and the time for service was perfect!!! ||The hotel is in a great spot - gas station next door & located on a corner. It is centrally located to most every place we needed to get to - in a reasonable amount of time. Because our stay was short, we didn't get a chance to enjoy the workout facility or pool, but we definitely plan to do that on our next trip||Thank you Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas North - ya'll were awesome!

The hotel is located fairly close to the 15 and also Nellis AFB. It is across the street from a few restaurants, plus convenience stores on the corners. The room was clean and generously sized. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast offerings were tasty. The only weird thing was that our room faced the street and the road noise was noticeably loud.

We had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and kind . The lobby and room was very clean . The bed was comfy. We met the Director of Sales Shavon as we were checking in and she was very friendly, polite and professional. As we were checking out in the morning we met Charlene who was very kind, polite and made sure our stay was great . The location is great a lot of things nearby and the breakfast looked amazing but we were meeting friends for breakfast so we did not partake. I would definitely recommend this hotel and when we come back next year we will be right here at this location.

We stayed here in a 2 queen suite for three nights. My ratings reflects the overall customer service we encounted and the response we later received from the manager, Patricia, after completing the online Hilton survery.

During our stay, we had a few issues: the phone in the room did not to call the front desk, our key card locked me out/wouldn't work randomly and maintenance knocked on our door wakimg me up despite A. There was a clear "Do not disturb sign" on the door and B. Minutes before my husband had advised the front desk to please not come by since I (his wife) was sleeping. None of this would have been an issue if customer service responded appropriately and respectfully. Instead, despite our respectful way of bringing this up, it was met with defensiveness by the staff we interacted with. Our phone never got fixed during our stay.

All of this would have been mitigated, and we would have possibly stayed here again if, after filling out the Hilton survey, where some of these issues were brought up, we received a kind and apologetic response. We were not expecting compensation at all, just that they were sorry. Instead, the manager Patricia responded oddly defense; going on about how her employee that provided us the key card is "always welcoming and professional" and she was "shocked" that we didn't feel that way. First, my husband and I never mentioned that employees name, nor do we recall working with her. We actually didn't explicitly mention any employee during the review because we had multiple interactions, and the overall customer service just wasn't the greatest at times. In response to her email, I kindly explained this, plus mentioned the maintenance situation and never received a response from her. While I would have given the hotel 3 stars, the managers defensive response and ignoring the main issue we had when there caused me to drop the score.
