As first time home buyers, as well as going through the VA, we were warned that it would be complicated and hectic. Cassidae made the process seamless. She was patient, timely, and understanding. Cass went above and beyond! I felt catered to as she took time to answer every question I had. We planned a last minute trip to New Mexico, and she was not only flexible, but genuinely excited to see us. She took the time to drive us around town, treated us to lunch, and into Tirinadad, filling us in on the main attractions, history and available properties. It was hands down the best experience I've had working with a realtor. Loved her passion for the area, her energy and her dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed. If we could give Cassidae Chance 100 stars, we would! We moved across country to New Mexico. Buying a home is a life changing decision and so many things can go wrong. Handling it long distance means you've got to trust the realtor you're working with. Cassidae knows the area and was familiar with the home and any issues it had. She did a very thorough video tour of the home, answered every single phone call and text, and went above and beyond to give us information on who to contact to help us get settled here - from the post office, town hall, utilities, mechanics, groceries, and everything in between. Such a help when moving to a new place where you don't know anyone. She explained every step necessary for all the paperwork and gave us time to think on things when we needed it. We never felt pressured to make a decision until we were ready. You couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and professional agent to work with.
On a personal note, Cassidae is an extraordinary woman with the biggest heart ever. This was a very stressful time and she talked us through it with kindness and hope for a new future. In the beginning, she said she was in real estate to help people find their way to their perfect home, not to make money. I knew then we made the right decision for us. She has helped us in so many ways, from making sure things were fixed in our home when we arrived, loving on our dog, and giving my husband a ride to rent a car so he could go back to Mississippi for our furniture. And let's not forget baking us an awesome celebratory coconut custard pie! She said that when things got tough, bake a pie. Such a simple thing, but it mattered and touched my heart.
Working with an agent, like Cassidae, that
truly cares about their clients is a blessing. Moving into a new home, all the work, traveling, waiting, and endless phone calls is tiring, scary, nerve wracking, and exhausting. Cassidae's warm, caring spirit and some good solid advice made this move a wonderful experience. There are things to fix and lots still to do, but we have our perfect home. And on the good days and the not so good ones, I will bake pie.

Cassidae and Pam have been outstanding on selling our commercial properties. They were always responsive and made sure our closings were timely.
