I love love love living in this building. The manager is awesome. The manager makes sure that people are taken care of in the best manner possible. There is an onsight concierge as well as a manager.. The manager gets done in a timely manner. It is really a beautiful place to live. The grounds and apartments are maintained. The building is cheerfully laid out and painted. I waited 233 weeks to move in to the building. I have been in my apartment for 2 months and it was worth the wait.

When this place was built it was more car oriented. This place is not pedestrian friendly it has experienced high turn over in regards to businesses there is underground parking yet once more nor pedestrian friendly one bright spot I recently noticed it now has a mini norms restaurant..plus this little mall is next to the hollywood/western redline station there are some lingering issues with homelessness here..but getter better.. there are about 5 different types of food places here plus a wells Fargo bank and a ROSS on second level and a Ralph's supermarket on first level there is a pets mart and a Marshall's store across the street.

I go here because I can charge my EV and do my grocery shopping at Ralph's at the same time and the place is less than a mile from where I live, so very convenient.

Parking is difficult, lines are long at Ralph’s, but Dress for Less and Norms restaurant make this a desirable destination to shop and eat.

Parking is impossible due to bad design and cars blocking the exit. Elevators are frequently broken. Nice street theater ambience of homeless wandering around and yelling. I guess this is why it's called a Promenade
