Great hotel. Clean rooms, nice lobby. Felt safe and enjoyed our stay. The only thing that didn’t work was a running toddler in the room above @ 7 am woke us up. You’d think they’d place families on the lower level rooms. Was looking forward to sleeping in as we are in town for a family death and it was a long night. Other than that great stay. Will book again but will request the highest level room

We arrived late at night with out any reservation, the front desk was able to accommodate us quickly, and mirrored the 3 rooms off of one HIG APP booking. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar staff was awesome! Great service, and personality. I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Roswell

It was just ok, not worth the top dollar we spent. Maybe cuz it was late and needed to fill rooms but way overpriced. We have stayed there in the past and never felt they gouged us but this trip it felt so. We may have to stay again, so will at least be aware.

The room and property were clean and comfortable. The main issue I had was not receiving the room I booked online. I booked a 2 queen bed suite with sofa bed but was given a room without sofa bed which we needed. I informed the guy downstairs and he told me that they did not have suites available and I could get a roll away bed for an extra fee. I would have been okay with this but I was not okay with being charged extra when I had already paid for the suite. When we got back I went to ask for extra towels and a blanket and was caught with the night shift acting like I was being a bother by rolling his eyes and giving negative body language. Customer service here is not good. Also be aware that only 1 elevator works as of this time so expect a small wait to use it.

Everything was great starting from the staff to the comfort of the room during check in and check out. Super all the way around. Will be looking forward for another stay there on our next trip.

ZERO STARS. Do not stay at this hotel. No housekeeping. Stay away. It is in a sketchy neighborhood. I did not feel safe at all.|This hotel is locally owned but they refuse to maintain it to an acceptable standard. The owner/manager is rude and disrespectful. I did not feel safe.

With your clientele being largely an older demographic, I would advise for future remodels or building that you install ADA approved toilets in every room. Also, I was surprised that the ADA room that I had was outfitted with a tub instead of a walk in shower. I would venture to say that most older people would rather not have to climb over a tub to get into the shower.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast didn’t have much choice. Easy to get to, on the outskirts of the city. The rooms were not sound proofed at all we were sharing the hotel with a college volleyball team and could hear them most of the evening.
