The best part of the evening we spent at The Holiday Inn Express was the woman who checked us in. She was kind, efficient, and seemed to genuinely care about our needs.
The hotel was neat and clean and did not show signs of disrepair.
Our room was comfortable, with a view down to the pool.
I was appreciative of the USB ports and plentiful outlets to accommodate all of our devices.
The thermostat did not seem to respond to my adjustments, but because the temperatures were so mild, I did not call to the front desk or suffer any discomfort.
The towels in the bathroom were so flimsy, they were almost useless, but just staying there for one evening, again, did not present a huge problem.
Overall, we enjoyed our brief stay and would definitely, and will definitely stay there again.

This is one of my favorite Holiday Inn locations to stay in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service from the Front Desk and Housekeeping. The room was very neat, and housekeeping did a wonderful job cleanning daily during my 4 day stay. Breakfast was amazing as always with a nice variety. My favorite things about this stay was the friendly staff, the comfortable bed, the warm shower, and the coffee is the absolute best. We will be back soon.

Had a nice looking and sized room
Bathroom was clean and comfortable.
Hot tub was nice. It was clean and refreshing to relax.
Breakfast was mediocre. Staff did not watch and restock enough, out of coffee and several other breakfast items each day.
Bed was too low and difficult to get up out of. Uncomfortable to sleep on.

I would recommend this hotel. Conveniently located off of interstate 10. Our room was very large. I don't know if all the rooms are this big but we were very surprised how much room we had. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is the Pancake machine at breakfast was not working very well and the other items offered were cold but I guess that is to be expected at a breakfast buffet

Updated, spacious and clean rooms. The facility was the same. The staff was friendly. I appreciated the free hot breakfast. Parking was plentiful.

I have two complaints. I booked a room with two queen beds because I was traveling with a friend. It was changed to a King suite with a pull out sofa bed at the last minute due to plumbing issues in my reserved room. Unfortunately the sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable to sleep on. I felt every metal spring on my back. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well.
Secondly, although there were sheets in the closet, there was no blanket for the sofa bed. It was late by the time I climbed into bed so I didn't bother ringing the front desk. I just used my my jacket as a blanket.

I would stay here again, but not if I had to sleep on a sofa bed.

Excellent friendly staff, great variety of food and change in breakfast menu each morning. Hot tub/spa clean and wonderfully relaxing.
Enjoyed having laundry for wet swimwear.
Very glad for the suite upgrade with couch and multiple different surfaces for tables and electronic plugs
Quite even though close to freeway.

Disappointed in the room amenities and value. The room is nice and the bed supportive and very comfortable for me. Was looking for an overnight stay on a road trip in Loma Linda/Redlands, CA. The cost for value was disappointing. I could have stayed elsewhere for less but chose Holiday Inn Express for their reputation and past experience. The most disappointing was the unexpected parking fee. I would not have chosen here if I'd known. The room was clean but the fridge was right across from the bed and loud, even while awake. I had to turn it off to not be disturbed by the noise. I had a cooler of food I could not put in it. The TV would not connect to the internet and when I tried to connect it brought up some else's name. I was ready for bed already and not wanting to deal with it. I got it connected in the morning, but couldn't find the channel I wanted that was listed on the paper TV guide. I will still use HIE for vacations, but not for an overnight stay. The cost is more than I want to pay for one night and I won't stay at this particular location again. Also, when I tried to inform IHG, the links for the Customer Care bring up blank pages and the chat wasn't work.

We’re a family of 4 with two little boys. We enjoyed staying at the room as the beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Check-in was a breeze and they gave us a corner room on the top floor, which made my kids really happy. Breakfast was good and has option to bag some on the road. Will stay again if we are in the area next time.
