We absolutely love staying at this hotel. Lester at the front desk is so kind and caring. He always thanks us for being IHG club members, and makes us feel like family. Christina at the breakfast area is also very kind and caring, and always says good morning to the guests. She keeps the food well stocked, and clean. Thanks to the entire staff for taking such great care of the property and making the guests feel special!

My family stayed in this hotel last year to break the drive from SF to LA and we had a good experience. We like the hotel's location, and the price was good. As we were moving our luggage into the room, I noticed a large tick on the floor and informed the front desk. They apologized and were kind enough to move us into another room. The toilet bowl wasn't as clean as I'd like. Apart from that, everything about our stay was great. Breakfast options were good. First there was sausage and then later on there was bacon. The pastries were good too.

Luz in the kitchen , she made the breakfast with love! She was such a kind soul with incredible vibes! Also Abigail the front office staff in the am is equally amazing not to mention Lester the night clerk. Absolutely loved him! This place is extremely clean and feels like a loving home environment! If you want to rest well and feel the comfort of home come.here!!!

Every staff member I interacted with was very helpful and welcoming- regardless of shift or position. There was a true sense of hospitality and going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I really enjoyed my stay! Breakfast was excellent, room was extremely clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I want to give a huge thank you to Laura P. This was probably the most enjoyable and friendliest check in I've ever had. It was a long day, I was tired and just wanted to get checked in and to my room. She was warm, friendly and kind and made the check in process quick and easy. Hotel was spotless. Lobby staff very acommodating and cordial. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cristina and Kat in the breakfast buffet were especially nice. Choices were good and piping hot. Buffet was clean as a whistle! Bed was extremely comfortable. We will be back.

Christina was amazing and had the best service and attitude. Made me feel comfortable and served amazing food. The potatoes were tasty aswell. Each morning out beds and rooms were cleaned super well and always had our towels switched out but once again Christina was always super friendly and made my whole experience great!

Upgraded for the suite which was definitely worth it. Room was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was even comfy. Two tv’s allowed kids to watch tv and we could use the other for ourselves. Breakfast was phenomenal! My daughter woke late and I took her down literally the last minute of breakfast. The woman there was very understanding and allowed my daughter to serve herself a plate
