This is the second or third time I’ve stayed here. I’ve been to hotels that the pillows are paper thin and the bed is terrible. This Holiday Inn Express has put preformed on all levels. Beds are SSSOOOO comfortable, pillows are not flat, rooms are very clean, the staff was happy to be there even at 1:30 in the morning when I checked in. I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t review that but I would definitely go back here anytime I’m in the area and needing somewhere to stay. The parking lot was easy to use, I even felt safe there. It’s just an overall great place to stay. I highly recommend this place. I can’t say enough good things.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Albuquerque, NM, and had a fantastic experience. I especially appreciated the 24/7 coffee station, which was a lifesaver during my stay, ensuring I always had a fresh cup of coffee whenever I needed it.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants, making it a great base for exploring Albuquerque. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, this Holiday Inn offered great value with excellent amenities, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Whether you’re there for business or leisure, you’ll be well taken care of.

Very clean and family friendly. The hotel manager was great and texted me upon arrival to check and see if we needed anything. She made it easy to contact her if we had any questions. Breakfast was great and had a variety of food that was also kid approved. Pool was nice and clean! This was the first place where I saw someone actually test water chemical levels (pool owner here). That was greatly appreciated.

I would like to give the staff here the appreciation they deserve... Have stayed at this location 3 times in less than 2 months every time I've been greeted with courteous People who've help me navigate whatever I needed. But this last stay was epic because my daughter was giving birth But had to stay at a hotel until the hospital would take her. ( 3am check in) Didn't know if we're gonna stay next day... Turns out we had to stay the next day, but I was at the hospital. Could not take my ID and credit card to reserve the room they made it happen. Always been treated with respect and smiles. I love this location. Shout out to night time girl Victoria And the 3 lovely ladies, the next morning who congratulated me on my new grand baby and we're very cool.

The HIE ABQ Airport hotel is a really nice property tucked back from Gibson, so it was isolated from most road noise. The hotel is very welcoming and appears to have been recently updated. Decor both in common areas and in the rooms was modern and attractive. The staff shows lots of pride in keeping the hotel clean--even the stairwells were spotless and pleasantly scented! My room was perfect. I had the occasion to visit with several staff throughout my stay and, without exception, they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made me feel as if having a pleasant stay was truly important to them.

My one tiny caveat is that there was a noticeable amount of footfall noise from the room above. The front desk was super responsive to me in this regard. They contacted the guests in that room and also offered to move me to a different location. I didn't lower my rating of the hotel regarding this as some hotel guests simply are not as considerate as they should be. The staff was eager to do everything they could to remedy the situation. If you are sensitive to this sort of noise, I'd recommend asking for a top floor room.

All in all, a very nice hotel with a great staff. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was very clean, and you could tell the staff made an extra effort to make it welcoming. I felt very safe and the proximity to the airport was very nice for an early morning flight.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly, and we had a fast check-in. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast was very delicious. We recommend staying at this property if you are in the area.

I don't care what anyone says. This hotel is stellar. Just what you need everytime. The pool is an added plus. Clean. Quiet. Clean. The girl at the desk was welcoming and helpful at my 11 pm arrival. Here for a work trip and was ready to relax. Just perfect. We will only stay here if in Albuquerque.
