I stayed here for a brief overnight trip to attend an area event. The room was clean. The staff was polite and efficient. My stay was on a Friday into Saturday and I'm always concerned about the noise other guests may make, but my experience was quiet and restful. The breakfast, though not a hot buffet, was quite sufficient, with offerings of hard boiled eggs, nuts, fresh cut fruits, and oatmeal to name a few. There were also your bagels, muffins and microwaveable Jimmy Dean egg/sausage/cheese (and other varieties) that you could quickly heat-and-go with. I would definitely recommend staying here. Another thing I liked but that I didn't get to take advantage of, was the late check out - 12pm.

Beautiful room was an actual suite: multiple rooms, good couch, 2 TVs, small kitchen, very comfortable bed, working frig, microwave, heat. Front desk staff were lovely and accommodating, while training others. Gave me a very early check-in. Great fitness room with cardio and free weights. Didn't try the indoor pool. I'm told (by a guest) the egg cooker has been out of service since Thanksgiving. No sugar free syrup for pancakes, no non-dairy milk is a minus. Had bananas one of two days, blueberries and strawberries a nice addition. Jimmy Dean sandwiches instead of eggs is OK with me.

I expect the Holiday Express hotels to be clean and well maintained, as they are generally not very old, and appear to be refurbished before we experience the ramifications of facility age.

This on was clean, no just so you notice, but if you were to inspect. It was immaculate! Pool was warm, clean and the air handling was sufficient, no mold, and on a very cold day, condensation was not an issue.

There was an issue with the room darkening roll up shade (opaque) and because we were on the first floor, it was necessary. I applied a temporary fix to get us through the first night, reported the problem in the morning, and within a short period was contacted to make arrangements for the repairs. The technician had an immaculate tool cart, with quality tools, and came prepared, remounted the shade, and verified its operation in a professional, competent manner.

We were impressed, and we left as he was verifying it operated properly, confident that our belongings were secure, and the problem resolved. We knew all was going to be done correctly by observing his demeanor, and his approach.

This hotel has a gem of a staff member and I hope he is appreciated and well compensated! I will return.

We would definitely stay there again. Had an issue with the noise from the highway and they accommodated us in another room across the hall even though they had to redo the room. Everyone was super courteous and professional. We can't ask for a better experience. For those interested, get a odd number room for more quiet.

My experience was wonderful. I traveled alone with two young children and found everything from checking in to to navigating the amenities very straightforward. I appreciate the peace of mind and safety i felt during my stay.

First Tiara at the front desk was amazing, cheerful and very helpful. The building was in great shape, clean and smelled great.

Our room was the cleanest I've ever seen a Hotel room so thank you for giving us a great experience!!!

Upon my arrival at the front desk, I was greeted by Tiara - a bright, shining, exuberant young woman. After a long day of driving and hiking, Tiara's cheerfulness was absolutely infectious, and her willingness to accommodate my needs was so greatly appreciated!!! There are not enough accolades to sufficiently describe Tiara! Every hotel should have someone like her at the front desk!!!

The hotel was contemporary in style, spotlessly clean, and the everyone greeted me very pleasantly. The room was super clean and the amenities were perfect. This hotel was better than many I have stayed at twice the price!

Recently stayed room had an old wash cloth still in the shower which was disgusting and how do you run out of cinnamon rolls and when we asked they said they had none left and this is at breakfast before 8am when breakfast is until 10? Only reason I book IHG is for the cinnamon rolls hope someone from the hotel sees this review and fixes these issues since they just renovated the property would be a shame that the services don’t reflect the new look
