They never follow through! Portable concentrator battery died last week. We’ll be there Friday…never showed. You’re scheduled for today… never showed! Can’t leave the house! What a sad company! Asking the doctor for another provider

They do not answer the phones regularly. They do not return phone calls. It’s a good thing that my cpap machine is still somewhat working, or I could die before I get help. If I had the choice I would use a different company.

My mother came home from Albq hospital with an O2 compressor and regulator for f tanks. We have since changed suppliers, but I can’t get anyone to come get their equipment. They can’t find any record that we have it. I just want the stuff gone!

Initial visit in Roswell was good! The RT was patient and answered questions. That’s the only good about this company. I’ve now made 3 phone calls requesting an appointment to do my 30 day mask exchange and change the settings in the machine. What sucks is you can not get ahold of the office you need to! All calls go to Los Cruces. THAT DOESNT HELP PEOPLE! You get the same ‘I’m sending an email and someone will call you’ BS!!!

So, I saw my PC doc and told her my problem and she sent me to the sleep center here in Ruidoso. Dr. Fowler made some adjustments AND got me a new mask to try. NIGHT AND DAY BETTER. Now I just need to get the mask switched in Roswell for insurance purposes. MAYBE this 3rd phone call will actually do something and someone will call me back. If you can select a different company for your needs DO IT!!

They are the worse! They don't have a direct phone line here in the office, all calls go to Las Cruces and can never get through. Here it took weeks to get a wheelchair, they kept saying need more info from doctor who by they way never recieved a fax from hme meanwhile my husband can't walk has cancer in his femur. Now had script for a simple truss and its been 2 weeks and theu claim once again need more info and it takes a week and its been 2 already and then they tell me paperwork just got submitted so have to wait another week!

This place is absolute garbage, they do not return calls, we waited 3 weeks for our needed supplies and they never helped us. Don't waste your time. Save the headache and go somewhere else.
