The manager at this H&M location, a white woman with large glasses, consistently displays an appalling lack of respect toward customers. Her rude demeanor and condescending attitude create an unwelcoming environment, as if she assumes we’re there to steal rather than shop. Her behavior is not only unprofessional but also reeks of discrimination, leaving us feeling humiliated and deeply uncomfortable.

What’s even more troubling is that this isn’t an isolated incident—she has a history of treating people this way. It’s baffling that a reputable brand like H&M continues to employ someone who tarnishes their image with such unacceptable conduct. Customers deserve to feel valued and respected, not judged and mistreated. H&M should take immediate action to address this issue before more customers are driven away.

I love going to H&M lots of deals on clothing for adults and kids. I haven't entered this Palmdale location before but decided to stop by for some clothes seeing that they had great prices on clothing. The reason I give this store a 3 is because the employees need to be a bit more welcoming and smile more. Out of all the employees working there was about 2 that were cheery and happy. The rest were very serious and didn't seem approachable. They looked at us like if we were going to take something from the store but wouldn't approach us to see if we needed help. But other then that store is well kept and aisles are easy to walk around.

Came here plenty of times and I love seeing their clothes on sales. Their socks are amazing and I've gotten plenty of compliments already based on these socks. They have massive deals on their websites which you can pick up your orders at this store. If you want something simple this is the place for you

They honestly need to hire more competent cashiers. Long lines I can understand. Long lines that do not even move is ridiculous. The staff here needs more training because they work WAY to slowly.

Fast forward to present and this H&M location has not improved. Holy moly this H&M needs to get it together.

I have been into this location many times now and the customer service is usually so good and there are very nice people that work here, I don't usually complain or leave negative reviews but today I went in and did not have a great experience. I have gone into the Palmdale H&M location several times in the past few months and the change rooms have been closed every time. So this morning I called H&M and spoke to a lady that called the store and asked if the change rooms were open and the employee and the Palmdale location said that the change rooms are open and will be open until close tonight. So I drove to the Palmdale H&M to find the change rooms closed. While I was there I called the 1 855 number back and spoke to a lady and explained the situation and she said she would call the store for me. She came back on the line and said that the employee said that the change rooms were in fact open, I explained that I was standing in front of them and they were closed. While I was on the phone with her an employee passed me and I asked her if any other change room were open, she said no. The woman on the phone said she was going to call their manager. After being on hold she said she could not reach a manager and she would try again. Each time I have gone in there I have had over 6 things to try on, I am not going to spend money on 6+ things and then have to drive all the way back because the staff is too lazy to run a change room. As I was standing there there were at least 5 people that had things to try on, saw that's the change rooms were closed and rolled their eyes and put down what they were holding and left. That I what I had done the past few times I was in there. Once they finally came and opened up the change room the girl that helped me did seem annoyed with me but did put her customer service pants on and was decent. I gave two stars because it was resolved but what did sit well was the fact that I was lied to just to get me into the store.

Honestly if you decide to work in retail y’all should learn to leave your attitude at home. I understand now frustrating retail can be but anger shouldn’t be taken out on other customers that just arrived both ladies working in the dressing room at 6:10 on 9/17/2021 we’re so rude for no reason. I just had surgery so my little sister decided to help me with grabbing things of the floor and she was still being so disrespectful about that . Other lady was just acting like she ain’t there to help people .

So we came in around 6:10pm & the store is open til 7pm. I was buying my son a suit for Senior Pics & the girl running the dressing rooms said the dressing rooms close at 6pm? So she turned us away. So I looked for another associate & told her I want to buy this suit but my son needs to try it on. She let us in the dressing room. A few minutes later the first girl came and scolded me " You're not allowed to be in here, we closed at 6pm! I told her, the other girl let us in. She said in disgust, "What girl!!" I said, another store associate. She said angrily, "What girl!!" I said, "Well, I don't know her name."
I guess she really wasn't interested in making a sale of more than $100. That was fairly obvious, since she looked like she rolled right out of bed & came to work in her flip-flops & gray sweatpants.
