We had a great experience with Highland Design & Build. Throughout different moves, we have done many construction/renovation projects and Highland Design & Build has been the best to work with. Tom & Randi arre knowledgeable, communicative, organized, efficient, timely and on budget!! We created a recessed bar in the eaves of the roof upstairs and finished the basement, adding a gym and full bath. We love the finished product! Thank you!!

Great experience with these guys. Case knocked it out of the park. James flipped the design proposal for us that absolutely maximized the space. Case offers flexibility in budget from super high end to more cost efficient options. We did a mix of both depending on how important it was to us. I was referred by a coworker that used Case for a kitchen remodel and would refer these folks to anyone. Sure, things pop up and nothing ever goes 100% smoothly. You have to know that going into a project but all in all there was nothing to complain about. The project manager was very attentive to detail. We were able to turn wasted space in a house to the most used room in the house. This was a single car garage before the remodel...crazy to see the change.

Highland (formerly Case) was great to work with! We remodeled our living room and kitchen and their design team was a tremendous help in streamlining our project. We lived in our house for majority of the construction and everyone who came through our was extremely professional. The project managers were very responsive and handled any issues that arose promptly! We ha e been finished for about a year now and everything still looks great and we haven’t had any issues with the work done. We highly recommend Highland Design Build!!

We first met the Case team at a remodeling seminar that we attended. It was extremely informative and answered our questions about the possibilities of our space. We went with the Case team about a year later for our renovation. I have to say that the experience was a true joy. They really cared about our project and were very helpful in making sure that we got everything we wanted out of the project. We love our new renovated house and strongly recommend Case Design/Remodeling for anyone wishing to renovate. We built relationships with all the folks we worked with and use them still to this day.

Highland Design + Build did a build - out of our 2nd story attic during the pandemic. We added an entertainment space, a bedroom, and re-worked a bathroom to fit our large family's needs. It was important to us that the build - out match the rest of the house and they did an amazing job. It's beautiful, merges seamlessly with the rest of the house and has added so much usable space to our home. Everyone there and their sub-contractors were responsive to our needs and so very kind to work with.

Highland Design + Build quoted a fair price on a number of projects we were considering, and did outstanding work on the project we selected. Tom was clear and up front about our options and the pricing, and was a helpful guide in our decision-making process.

The project was started the day we expected and the guy (Brian) who did the work couldn't have been nicer. The project wrapped up in good time, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product!

This is the second time we've called on the Highland Design + Build, and we certainly plan to call them again when we have another home improvement project.

We did a large renovation in 2017 and the entire team made was amazing. The quality of work was impeccable and the team that worked together so well.

They were there when they said they would be and kept us informed of the progress. Their prices were extremely reasonable, but equally important, they made you feel like such a valued client.

Several times since the renovation we have called Jennifer, Tom and Randi for assistance and they are always willing to help. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. I honestly can't say enough good things about them!
