I usually stop by HCB when I go to Chelsea. Normally I love to stop and shop but on this particular day May 6 2025 may have changed my mind for the future. I stopped by right before 5:30 knowing they close at 6:00 I hurried in and was greeted by a young lady vacuuming. She asked if she could help me and I explained I just wanted to look around real quick. She said well we close in 30 minutes. I didn't comment because to tell you the truth I was a little taken back by her comment. I took a quick look and left. I have worked in boutique before and would have never told a customer that. I'm not sure who the owner is but I feel that they need to teach their employees a few manners on customer service.

I randomly stood outside today, waiting on a pizza next door.. Never went inside never purchased anything but the lady organizing the rack outside offerd us creative banter and good hospitality. That alone is worth 4 star's. 🤘

High Cotton is one of my favorite boutiques to shop!! Christy and her staff are always pleasant and make shopping here fun too! Just wish I could get by more often as she has some really cute fun clothes.

I adore the ladies at High Cotton! I’m always greeted with a smile and they’re so quick to help me find anything I may be looking for. They have a way of making you feel welcome in the store and are attentive to any need you may have. They’ve even helped my husband on several occasions with gifts for me!

Stopped by one day and loved this store but was in a hurry and couldn’t shop. I came back a week later and of course the window displays had changed. With help from the owner, I purchased a top, in a small, against my better judgement. She assured me it would be fine and I could return if not happy. I also purchased the necklace paired with the top for a special college visit with my son. Once I tried the top on, I knew I should’ve gone with my gut and gotten the larger size, but it was unavailable. I tried returning the outfit 48 hours later and was told I could only return the top. I purchased the necklace to go with the top and at $40 dollars, it was a splurge. I left so disappointed. I wanted to love this shop but I won’t be back. I give 2 stars because the clothes are cute and stylish but the availability of sizes, customer service, and communication are lacking.

Ok, just let me start off by saying that this is the cutest store ever!!!l Longan, the owner is very kind and helpful. The prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE!!! Love this place

This shop has the cutest clothes, accessories, and gifts! The owner, Christy Mock, is so friendly, attentive, and has fabulous taste! I constantly shop at this store and love using the app, since I don’t live that close to the store. One of my all time favorite stores!!
