Greedy!! Tries to take advantage of customer trades. Must think customers are uneducated or don't know basic math. Was willing to trade $200 retail shoes for $100 retail shoes. Regardless of the mark up price they were still getting a good deal but they still wanted me to pay $140 on top of the trade for some shoes that cost $100 retail. Sorry but momma didn't raise no fool.

Order 2 pairs of shoes on Nov 4 Yeezy 700 and CLoud Reflective. Was told it would ship out to me in 3-4 days. Called on Nov 10 and at first they acted like they couldn't find my order then when they supposedly found it, they only can tell me that the order is on its way to them. I asked "if it's on the way to you, what does the tracking say? when are you going to get it? No answer and as of Nov 26 still no answer. Bought them on Stock-X and receive both my shoes in 5 days. I would advise to not order from them if they don't have them in stock.

Owner was weird and trying to tax on shoes were not even worth that much. For the shoe he wanted 500$ And it was a 3.5. So then in the store I look it up and it’s 270 and I’m like well why would I do that. Then he tries to negotiate and say 450 and tries to tell how much shipping would be online with stockx and said it would be like 400. Then I add the shipping with the tax to show and it says 300. The owner was weird as aforementioned because he was still talking about 425 after that like make it make sense

Clean and super chill store,currently work here and employees are as much into sneakers as i am. Great environment and overall one of the best sneaker stores around. We have all the sneaker releases instore and would recommend anyone who likes shoes to come check hiddensole out.

Hella over priced. I came here to buy a last minute gift so instead of ordering online and receiving it late, I went and got robbed. I grabbed a pair of sneakers that didn’t have a price on the bottom. I asked him how much and he told me the price. I bought them because I wouldn’t find a better gift on time, when I get home I look up the value on stockx, and they were double the price of what they went for in that size, and every other size for that matter. If you want to check this place out, look on stockx first or try to bargain with him, don’t be like me. This place won’t last long, I’m sure he uses bots to get his sneakers and charges hella money for them. I get that he has to make money to pay rent for his location and make ends meet, but charging double for something you can get elsewhere is not how to run a business.

I’m a big Sneakerhead... I been collecting for as long as I can remember.... I went to hidden sole in the Lakewood mall and I had wonderful experience the fellas there are really cool and they had the sneakers I was looking for... we most definitely do business with them again to keep my shoe game on point

Wasted my time going here. Don’t make the same mistake I did. The workers are not helpful and they overpriced all their shoes by 100-200 dollars more than StockX
