I’d give it less than a star if I could. I was highly recommended to this spa and purchased a gift certificate for a family member. Since the purchase the family member has not been able to schedule an appt. Their phone message goes to voicemail and you can’t leave a message because their box is full. I live close to the spa so I thought I’d be able to speak to someone in person. No one was there. They could have left a note on the door with instructions on how else to contact them. The gift certificate was expensive and now what? I’m just out of luck and the expense of the gift certificate.

My favorite spot for facials / massage / body work, been going there for the past 4 years now. Very moderate prices for the excellent service you receive. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get all natural facial or a spa quality massage. If you suffer from a sports trauma or want to re-align your body after pregnancy/ giving birth, or just generally sore from any activity - this is your spot!

Love the place! Excellent service and products! I had an intensely relaxing and beautifying facial at Hibiscus! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a fine rejuvenating treat because of the soothing energy and scent of the place. A few days after my facial, my skin still glowed. I purchased a product for shiny hair and one for the skin which I'm still using with positive results. Brought my mom here for Mother's Day. We both were so lucky to have Andreea treat us for a 1.5 hour Hibiscus Facial:

The way Andreea massaged my neck and shoulders truly felt like weights had been lifted. It was amazing and so relaxing! I felt rejuvenated and my skin was glowing!! My mom was skeptical as it was our first professional facial, but when she left the building she was so HAPPY and grateful for such an amazing experience.
