Pretty much the WORST experience of my life! The guy running the front desk doesn’t know what he is doing. Quoted me 4 hrs of labor to completely inspect each axle, check bearing, brakes, etc. The cost was $800 labor 2 hrs each axle. . I asked about installing new tires at the same time. I was quoted $370 to install, not including the tires they marked from down the street. I declined! When all was said and done, they told me I needed to take my trailer to an axle shop because they did not have anybody experienced with torsion axles. They don’t do torsion axles because they can’t be fixed. I know that but I was paying to have the axle inspected. I needed everything checked out (diagnostics) because tire wear. I was furious because that is exactly what I asked them to inspect in detail multiple times. I ended up needing new bearings so basically they were going to charge me $900 plus parts for replacing bearings. I literally cried because it was so completely out of line. After the supervisor looked into it, they graciously (joke) said I only had to pay $375 plus parts for the bearings. Don’t send your wife, mother, or anyone you care about to them. They will rob you blind. I do believe the bearing replacement was performed adequately. If honest mistake, they need a new person working the front desk with a tiny bit of experience and common sense.

We were traveling through Fairbanks in our 10 yr old RV, they diagnosed the problem and prioritized us because we live aboard. Keanu is amazing- he keeps his cool when 57 things are happening all around. They did an excellent job getting us safely back on the road in a timely fashion, with great professionalism and courtesy. You never want your truck to break down, but if it does, it’s great to have someone like H&H. Thanks guys!

Frank made it clear as soon as we contacted them that they prioritized travelers like we were. Within hours after our arrival they had a diagnosis. The parts arrived just before closing, so they let us overnight and had us out the door by a little past noon the next day. Jerry confirmed that we needed a new generator and engine starter battery and did the work. We also had them do an oil change and lube. We could not have asked for more professionalism, friendly reassurances, and positive outcomes. At the time of this posting, our power lithium battery alternator charging system runs perfectly. Thanks guys!

We had a slide motor on our Allegro Bus replaced and had a great experience. We ordered the motor to be delivered prior to our arrival. Frank was very appreciative and saw that the work was done in a timely manner. The techs obviously knew what they were doing and we were out of there and on the road by noon. Very pleased.

We had an issue with a bad connection on our camping trailer and an issue with our bumper. We took it to H&H and we are more than pleased. They got both issues fixed and we were on our way the same day. Keanu and Frank were very helpful in office and our technician did a great job and was helpful also!! The lady in the office even got water for our dogs!! We would definitely recommend H&H if you have any problems in the Fairbanks area. Thanks from the Blakleys from Tennessee!!

We have had our RV for 5 years now. H&H can NEVER DO THE JOB RIGHT! They say they do things when we have taken our RV in for service at the beginning of the summer and the end. There is always something that they miss. They told us today we were using our fridge wrong and that is why it freeze everything solid. Duh there is something wrong and they can't take the time to figure it out. They told us that dumped the tanks. The guy started "I will go an check" he went in side and never came back out. We check the levels an nope the didn't flush the system like we asked. On top of that they said we were good to go and had not unplugged our RV from their building. They also parked so close to the next RV my husband could barely get in the door.
Not worth the time, inconvenience, and incompetent of the people who work at H&H to go back. We found another place to do what we ask to be done and actually get what we pay for. What a waste of $400 dollars to have to do H&H's job for them.

The staff was very friendly yet professional. All were very knowledgeable and capable which made my first, but not last visit great. I felt very comfortable that my vehicle was well taken care of. Special thanks to Adam who made sure things were handled accordingly. I'm glad I found this place, it's a little hidden, but the find is worth it.

Brought my car in for an exhaust leak several months ago. Ran rough right when I got it back, so I pulled back in & got a shrug. Leak I brought it in for not fixed, but they fixed a leak in a different place. They said some front and rear bulbs needed to be replaced and unfortunately I approved it over the phone and didn't ask the price. $156 to replace two front bulbs, $128 to replace one rear one. I questioned the high charge and was told the entire front and rear ends had to be taken off to replace the bulbs. Not true - older car and just required a few screws )I've done these myself easily). I asked them to test the coolant temp (not change it) and they did a coolant flush and charged $234. I brought the car back in again 3 more times for original exhaust leak and the car running rough. I finally looked at engine myself and there was a spark plug wire disconnected. They blamed it on the battery being loose (it was loose because they didn't secure it after changing the bulbs) and the battery would have pushed against the plug not pulled it out. Nice enough people, but instead of considering if they had caused a problem, they automatically denied responsibility, not to mention way overcharging. Because I drove it so long without noticing the plug wire, I burned a valve and ended up selling the car for $500 to a mechanic who could fix it himself. They never did repair the original leak I brought it in for, just shrugged and said that leak wasn't important (so why didn't they say that the 1st time?). I will never bring a vehicle to them again.
