This Business is AMAZING!! The man who took care of us Was extremely Knowledgeable about his Appliances.✔️ He will not rip you Off.✔️ I went to Look at one & he told me not to, it needs work. ✔️ We Live in old Downtown Davenport, and had no trailer. They will Deliver for a Reasonable Fee. ✔️Since we spent more on a Better Fridge & only 14 miles away altogether it was $250!! With the purchase we got a (30/90- day warranty, will fix when I'm Home with the bill) Warranty which is if the appliance Breaks during that time frame they come to you & see if they can fix then. IF not they take the Appliance back to their shop to Work on. And IF for some reason none of that Works they will just replace it!!

Terrible service. Bought a washer on 1 day and then the next day it won't work. Called the company for 2 days and then finally they answered to find out that they do not refund only fix or change out the problem up to 3 months. I will not recommend buying from this company. Not only that but when I was there they offered 2 washers one dirty and out back and 1 in the store but just so so. Beware!!!

It's no secret that today's prices for new appliances are absurd - especially considering that the quality just isn't great right out of the box these days. That's why many of us seek businesses that recycle and sell used, and that can also be a gamble. With Hernandez Used Appliances, it's a safe bet.
When I needed a washing machine, from the beginning Arlo was very helpful in helping me over the phone to arrange delivery next day. When they brought it out, they not only were prompt and professional, but they were thorough and were very considerate in telling me to run the machine empty on a cycle, since they had cleaned it, to fully remove any residue.
The washer performed great for months, but did need to be repaired after some time so I called them to do the repair.
Arlo went above and beyond to help get it running right again.
He also kindly helped me realize some things that needed to be corrected on our end to make sure the machine would keep running smoothly.
All in all, my impression is that this business is run by people who are skilled and efficient - and most importantly, care about their customers. We will purchase from them again!

Terrible experience. Do NOT shop here. Purchased a fridge and stove for my rental home. After over 1 year of having them to fix a repeated leak issue for free. Even resorted to paying one of their repair men to fix the issue on the side ( where he supposedly replaced the part -hoping this would be the last time but it wasn't!) The owner Aldo finally agreed to replace outside of warranty . Only for him to ignore my calls . Not until I go there and get mad - does he finally call back to tell me that it's not ready yet. So apparently he was planning to bring me one that someone else was returning - likely for a similar issue. Save yourself the headache. Very unprofessional service.

We bought a nice LG washer and dryer. Set. It was really nice and they have 90 days warranty as well.So if anything happens, they will come out and repair it for you.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I first needed a dryer and on a Sunday at that. I called the number and a man showed up within 10 min in the rain. The prices of the washer and dryers are great. They delivered to my house the very next day and they also removed my other dryer which was a huge front load on a stand and in a small space. Also hooked up the one I bought from them.
Then a couple months later my washer went out. I went straight to them again the same manerisim very polite and helpful. I would recommend this place over any used appliance stores.
