Please be careful with Anna and Kreasna, because their statements have been inconsistent. For the record:

I never went into the office to ask about this. I spoke with Kreasna by phone, and I have that recorded. In her later response, she even admitted she “forgot” because there were too many customers.

I 100% asked about moving out early and how the prorated rate would work. She clearly explained it to me and confirmed there would be no additional charges later. That’s why I trusted the agreement.

It makes no sense that someone would provide a specific prorated rent amount if moving out earlier had not been approved. Why calculate prorated rent at all unless they agreed to it?

Now, they’re changing their story, claiming I came into the office when I didn’t, and shifting from calling the carpet “dirty” in photos to suddenly saying it was “damaged” and needed full replacement. On top of that, they still charged cleaning fees even though the unit was cleaned.

This back-and-forth feels dishonest and unfair. I have photos, the phone recording, and the prorated rent confirmation to support what I’m saying. I just want a consistent explanation and a fair resolution.

Use to like the place a lot. 9 years there. 2700 after Wsg for a 2 bed 1 bath. Can’t get out soon enough. Loyalty means nothing. Now they will have to pay for turn around cost and probably give someone a free month and a 2,200 a month lease. Staff has always been great but that doesn’t help me survive.

There's currently water leaking from the 3rd floor through our 2nd floor apartment and into the 1st floor apartment again. Less than 2 months ago we experienced this, and I'm aware this is at least the 3rd time in the last year. I've noticed issues with my health over the last month from the way the repairs were handled on the last occurrence, which I brought to the attention of the front office. At this point I believe maybe contacting appropriate state government agencies is in my best interest.

Don't expect to park in your paid spot. People park wherever they want.

They are not helpful if incase you leave early termination and Corporate office will play over your credit history.
Onfield lease office they are all good , maintenance good and fast respond no complain . Locatin 164th street noice will disturb sometimes in night.

We lived at Heritage ridge apartments for 5 years. Even in same apartment. I loved everything. We moved because needed more space for kids. Office workers are always very kind. A lot of parking spaces. We had deposit for 2months and they returned our deposit in few days. Didn’t have any problems. Why I gave 4 star is because complex doesn’t have playground for kids and office area for parties is small. Rather than that everything was great. Thank you very much

Lovely apartment! Great appliances, layout, etc…. The apartment was immaculate when we moved in. The outside area is meticulously maintained. We love sitting out on the deck. The staff are all amazing; they really go above and beyond. I’m looking forward to using the pool and there is a gym. The community is gated which is a bonus and the neighborhood is really nice. Martha Lake park is very close by, as is Mill Creek Town Center.

I have lived here a little over a year now and was grateful to renew! The staff at this property are always so kind and helpful. Great attitudes and great care! Something I've found incredibly cool is how kind my neighbors are as well. I have gained some lovely acquaintances to chat with along my daily walks with our dog and cats. Yes, we're those people. Lovely property and convenient location. Trash tends to be an issue, but I more so blame the lack of people disposing of it properly.
