We were passing through the area headed to Illinois and ended up with fast leak. Luckily we found this little shop and the owner happened to be on site! He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get our tire off and assessed quickly! He ended up putting our spare on and patching the other tire to keep as a back up. We had a wonderful time visiting with Peanut and he was a great helper, very professional young man! After an hour of work he only wanted to change us $35 bucks! I said no way and gave him $40! Don’t believe the negative reviews on here! The owner and his son are wonderful folks and we are very thankful for their assistance and kindness to “out of towners”

Went to the tire shop to have a valve stem replaced on my RV tire, was a bit worried because of other not so good reviews but it was perfectly fine. The guy was nice and worked fast. I recommend this tire shop.

Owner was extremely rude, couldn’t fix our tire. We were from out of town. The first thing the owner Al asked us wasn’t about our tire but asked if we’re out of town, seems like he’s not too fond of people that don’t live in town and are there visiting so if you have a bad tire situation do not go to this tire shop. He’ll try to beat you up like he did my husband, after he tried to charge us $50 for doing nothing but telling us that he could not fix our tire. He had the tire for four hours and wasted our time. His little sidekick peanut came out when he was arguing with my husband, and all I have to say is save peanut!

Stopped by bc my tire was leaking. Bad vibes immediately. Couldn't find the leak after a very feable attempt and then pushed the tire out of my sight. Came back about 2 minutes later saying it was the core. How did he replace the valve stem and fill tire in 2 min? He didn't. Next day came out to 0 psi in tire. Same hissing sound from tire.

I ran into an issue with some trailer tires when I drove up from the valley. Fortunately was able to limp the trailer here to the tire shop for some professional help. Al had both tires changed out in about 20-30 minutes and helped with a few other things. I'm thankful that even though it's a small town, we can still get urgent & necessary service.

Al went out of his way to make sure that I could get back on the road safely. He was kind and fixed up 3 tires for my Class A motorhome. I bought one new tire from him and we found out that 2 more were bad. He plugged one and gave me an old tire to get me by since I only had 20.00 left he didnt charge me. He said im not going to take your last 20.00.
Also I was waiting across the street for my new tire to get delivered and I have to tell you that Al worked non stop the whole day not even a lunch break. This man has a bad knee and still works hard every day. I am amazed! Thank you Al! Im going back to get another new tire on payday. Maybe two new tires. I would rather go to a local small business and help keep them in business since you get more personal service then the big tire shops.

Edit: Ever since Al has started stepping away and his son has been running the show, things have turned around and gone down hill. It is a shame that this once great tire shop is becoming a thing of the past. In such a small town with not many options, hopefully you can make it to Show Low or Snowflake/Taylor with whatever your needs are as you'll more than likely just be turned away.

Al was able to get me back on the road fast and reasonably priced, too.
