This health store has just about everything you could need, from supplements to wellness products, and even some food and snack options. In the back, there’s a smoothie bar offering delicious smoothies, açaí bowls, and coffee. While the smoothie menu isn’t huge, every option is high-quality and worth trying. The manager is fantastic—she has such a warm and welcoming personality, and the staff always greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in. Their prices are competitive, they often run great deals, and the best part is you’re supporting a local mom-and-pop business. Highly recommend checking it out!

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Great selection. They accept HSA cards now which is very helpful. Tried out some raw milk for the first time and it was good. It actually seemed to sooth my starting to hurt throat, and dairy normally makes me all stuffed up. Had açaí at a friend’s house and they said they bought it in a large quantity from here!

Always helpful staff. I have called ahead to get advice on supplements and find things in the store and they have it waiting for me at the counter. They have also escorted me through the store to search out what I need and help me source my list. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful!

I love this store! Nice selection of specialty foods, vitamins and supplements. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is the only place I have found bread that is both gluten free and low carb and actually tastes good!

I've always heard great things about this place. I decided to visit today and just spent a very long time with the owner. He is so full of knowledge and wisdom on the body, nutrition, health, etc. He has a plethora of information and breaks it down that even i can understand. What an awesome place! It's a health supplement store with a smoothie and acai bowl station inside!! The acai bowl was not only beautiful, but delicious as well!! The smoothie was sooo good, too! The staff were very friendly and kind! And I picked up some healthy supplements while my yummy treats were being made. Everything was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

Great place to get all your holistic vitamins herbs and supplements. I came here for the first time this week and I was very satisfied with their selection. They have all the oils, vitamins and supplements I was looking for. They also offer alkaline water refills on five and 10 gallon bottles. Their fresh Café inside was delicious. They offer smoothies and Açaí bowls, both of which we purchased.
