I just want to say that I can understand many of the frustration here about them not selling to only contractors and what not,but some places are like that and just because of them doesn't mean that it's a bad place. Let's be understanding and not try to hurt a company for things of that nature especially when we have a sleeping president and a spokeswoman that i wonder 🤔 if she thinks before she talks? It's a local AMERICAN company that we really don't see much anymore and leave it up to Biden and his so called cabinet we are in trouble...I am a truck driver that delivers here and I think that they are ok,not perfect, to be honest everyone look in a mirror really quickly do you see MR or MS Perfect? Didn't think so.think about this,as AMERICANS, if we stick together we become stronger no matter the color of your skin nor your nationality, what is AMERICAN? People of every race....God bless and let's take AMERICA 🇺🇸 BACK!!!!!

BHI, a highly rated Florida Door MFG referred me to Haven Building Products to purchase a double door entry system. Whomever answered the phone in their inside sales area was rather "short" and "rude" in their response saying they wouldn't sell me the door as it is their decision to not do a "cash" sale and went on to say that they currently only sell to people with an established account. In my 56 years on this planet, I've never experienced an authorized reseller turn down an order when the customer comes to them prepared with the part numbers and cash money. Business must be REALLY good these days for Haven. It won't be for long with more and more people having interactions like the one I just had.

I had to be in contact with this company because they were whom the builder used for the door and weatherstripping on my new home. The weatherstripping was not properly done and they need to come out and redo it; I'm only available on weekends to schedule this. The sales assistant who contacted me via email, Steven Mobley, was quite rude and condescending in both his emails to me. Needless to say, I would definitely not recommend this company.

Do not use this company the emplyees are helpfull but the owner is a horrible bussiness man. We worked with them for 4 months getting a custom door built and the owner just decided not to have the door made for us after the plans were finalized. After working with us directly all that time he said they only sell to contractors and we needed to call a contractor. This is a bad bussiness. Hounesty and up front policy is not in there bussiness plan.

Amazing staff,place was neat and clean, lots of activity plenty of movement on forklifts and flatbed trucks but all done safely and with such skill. Awesome business
