Not all lots are safe always lock your doors and put your things in plain sight away. Plenty of shopping, drinks, food, automobile service; tires autozone gas station. Restaurants and salons to keep yourself preoccupied for a little walk. There are several parks around this area through the neighborhoods very convenient mall is right across plenty of parking. Ask yourself : if you’re not driving through the back of Michael’s to Target just to avoid the congested parking, lot did you really go to the plaza?

Just saw a transient walk up to security's vehicle and violently punch the window, it's obvious that he was trying to get to the security guard.
911 was called but the dispatcher didn't seem to care much. Cops never came to investigate. I blame the property owner and the city for not providing more support for the guards to do their job. I definitely don't feel safe there after what I witnessed today.

In North Salinas this one popular shoping area with ample parking facilities. The malls ,stand alone stores, supermarkets, restaurants, sports goods,Gas stations etc will meet whatever requirement one may have.
