What a great experience. I was looking for a pair of boots. I searched in 4 stores in Nashville, TN with no luck (big feet). Then I tried Happy Trails. The woman who helped me was determined that I left happy and satisfied. She was amazing, knew what to do, had patience with me, incredible experience and a great attitude. Went in to just browse their selection. Was just thinking about some new boots, and ladies were so helpful, and thoughtful, that I left with 2 pair!! Great salesmanship!! Lol!!
Great selection, and fair prices too. Would definitely recommend.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. The people are wonderful. You tell them what you want and they find it for you. If they don't have the item they will order for you to either ship it to you or you can pick it up at their store. I recommend this place highly.
