First day we arrived, we had to be relocated because of a problem with the door.
Took the kids to the pool and it was drained, would have been nice to let us customers know in advance at the front desk.
After dinner i decided to use the gym, the treadmill did not work and the other two machines were not even plugged with missing electric cables, just sitting there looking pretty.
There was a peloton machine but when trying to use it kept saying to try creating an account at a later time.
When a business advertises these amenities is to lure people into buying their services, and when the amenities are not there, we as paying customers are left without options.
When I complained to the front desk, the person in charge was not aware of the problem with the equipment and did try several times without success to make the machine work.
The sole reason why i decided to stay here for 4 days is because of the pool and the GYM advertised in the hotel website.

Booked a king suite with hot tub. Was told we were upgraded. Well, that was a joke. The upgrade was to a smaller room with no hot tub. Had to ask for original room which was available so no idea why we were downgraded except you wanted more money for a crappy room. Pool has been drained and no date for reopen but still listed on your site. This is false advertising and should be illegal. We chose this hotel over another one because we wanted use of the pool. Breakfast was standard blah food. Such a shame because the hotel is clean and staff is friendly.

Great breakfast, we had eggs and bacon with bagels, fresh waffles, and coffee. The rooms look recently updated. Shower was great water pressure and hot instantly. Ample free parking. A bit hard to navigate NJ streets and traffic, but manageable.

This is a very solid hotel. Don't be put off by the 2-Star categorization. This place is recently renovated, and is very nice. AND they offer breakfast! I usually stay at hotels in Voorhees that cost $40 more per night or more (and are categorized as 3-Star hotels), and this is every bit as good as those, and closer to where I actually need to be. Excellent value for money, and I will absolutely be staying again.

We stayed 2 nights in an oversized king suite on the top floor. The building is very far back from the road, so street noise was not a problem. It was a clean, spacious room with everything we needed. It was somewhat sterile in decor, no carpet, but that doesn't matter to me as long as it's clean. My only complaint about the room was the climate control, which was confusing to set and seemed slow to respond to changes. Shower was nice and hot. We did not use the hot tub in the suite. The self-serve breakfast was OK, but the juice machine was broken both mornings and the cut melon tasted off, so neither my husband nor I wanted to finish it. The 24-hour lobby coffee was GREAT, offering a choice of dark roast, light roast, or decaf. I love the ability to check in and open the room with the Hilton app digital key. We'll probably return to this property the next time we come to South Jersey to visit relatives.

My wife and I selected this Inn because it was a convenient location to the wedding we attended nearby. What impressed most us was the quality of food service provided at breakfast. The coffee was excellent and the breakfast area was clean and well attended by the service staff. Our room was comfortable but the AC/Heat thermostat seem to have preset temperature limits that did not give a comfortable setting. The entrance to the Inn is along a busy highway but outside road noise was relatively low.
