Just even coming in the door to discuss a price idea with the hotel workers seemed too good to be true. Very pleased and would recommend to stay here. Didn’t even have to stay one night to know I am choosing this hotel for my upcoming needs. Was given a card for Dana the sales director for different rates on long term stays due to me living half the year in NJ to take care of my grandfather. Will reach out to her soon and the hospitality received up front by the workers was like out of a movie. Warm welcome, understanding, and biggest thing was open ears to hear my needs and possible opportunities coming up for me. Thank you Hampton By Hilton. I assume my best friend enjoys working for you guys in Vineland NJ just off of how this experience was.

After a quick trick to Jersey, we stayed at this hotel. There was an issue getting a key to the room as the machine wasn't working. Also, we had a running toilet that we had to deal with. Luckily it was just a bad flapper and we could fix it ourselves. It wasn't really a big deal as we only was in the room to sleep. Breakfast the next morning was good. The staff was very friendly.

The room was wonderful smelled so fresh, very pleasant breakfast host & staff. Convenient location made our holiday stay enjoyable while visiting friends and family in the area. There are nearby restaurants for easy dining if needed and several stores.

Excellent stay. Room was spacious and quiet. Really refreshing to see a different orientation. Plenty of tv channels on a smart TV and wifi was strong. Heater was quiet. Breakfast was typical standard hot fare. Scrambled eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles, fruit, yogurt, dry cereal, basket assortment. Juices were too watered down, though. Coffee hot. Location easy to get to off the highway, but not much going on in the neighborhood. You'll need to drive a mile or two for food or activity. Will stay here again on my next visit.

The hospitality at this place was fantastic. Very good place to stay. The room did have some issues. The bathroom door wouldn't open all the way because the floor was warped. Seems like there was a lot of water damage to the bathroom at one point. The air conditioner was leaking on the floor. Other than that the room was great. They take cats and dogs. Its location is great. Very accommodating. Though we had room issues. I highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I were traveling back from Maryland and needed to stop because of bad weather , I quickly chose this hotel and we were not disappointed, although we only stayed one night it was great! The room was clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. Tanya checked us in and she was extremely pleasant and even gave us some waters. The next day we had breakfast and were extremely impressed on not on the selection but the good flavors. The breakfast attendant was so accommodating and friendly. She gave us a great experience and I'm so glad she is a part of your team. She mentioned it was for 12 years ! Next time we are in the area we will be staying again, highly recommend

It’s hard to believe this is a Hilton property. What is harder to believe is that Hilton has ignored our concerns.||The staff is unprofessional and rude. The front desk help was more concerned about eating food from the breakfast buffer than serving customers. ||We stayed in a room with damp bedding and towels. The carpets were cleaned and the place smelled like a dirty wash cloth. ||Ended our stay after one night. Moved to the Marriott property next to it. Wonderful stay there.
