Hampton Inn McCain Mall,
Over the years we have been stopping at this hotel and somehow they stay up with the modern bright trend and tops in cleanliness! Normally most hotels will have a brightly lit lobby and when you get to your floor or room it feels darker, but not here!! You walk down the hallway and they have modern and more daylight type lighting, which somehow makes you feel happier going into your room! The bedroom and baths are nice, bright & modern and clean!! The bath/showers are free of moldy areas and you can clearly see that as the lighting is bright. Also, as you step in your room, everything smells clean! I cannot say how much this means to me!! We were greeted by staff and acknowledged as Hilton Reward members and offered our bottle waters. The only thing I was disappointed in this trip was that we stayed at the Hilton down the street our first night, and was so disappointed, but my husband was impressed by it’s breakfast reviews of fresh made omelettes. He was not impressed with Hampton’s breakfast and the breakfast meat was not labeled so didn’t know what you were eating. Also, would be nice to have a Wheat Bread option for those with dietary needs. For me the oatmeal was just sitting in water and did not look appetizing at all, I figured this is Arkansas and southerners should know how to make oatmeal but was disappointed in it here. Also, if cheddar cheese or some type of ham option could be offered, that may help for breakfast. We did appreciate having picante & mustard packets available.
Staff was great on check in and check out! Overall a great stay!!

We stayed here on our way to TX and found it to be a great place to stop that fit our needs perfectly. Great location, easy on and off the highway. Room was spacious, very clean and relatively quiet. There are many dining options close by. The breakfast offerings were good, the usual fare - dining area was very clean and attendant was efficient. One complaint: the hot water dispenser is used for coffee as well as hot water, I guess - hot water shouldn't have a coffee after taste. When we talked to James at the front desk during our check out, he was friendly and interested in our feedback about the hotel - very personable and enjoyable to talk to.

I travel for work frequently as a solo traveler.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I had a domestic incident occur right next to my room that required assistance from local enforcement to handle the situation… At 4am.

The next night, dealing with people above me stomping/jumping around, yelling for whatever reason, up to midnight, almost sounded like a group of workers staying there drinking and partying with each other.

My room had Carpet Beetles all over the drapes...
And the woman working the breakfast in the morning started closing everything down early twice during my week staying there.
Not just cleaning up a little, literally taking items out of the breakfast area so they weren't accessible anymore.
Why advertise 10am as breakfast end if you're closing it early?

Lastly, why does the pool not open until 10am
One of the only hotels I've been to that opens so late, why can't we get some morning laps in before work?

Overall the staff was great, helpful and nice.
But I will it not be back to this location due to cleanliness, loud environment, and lack of use of amenities given.
This was not a restful week of sleep at all.

This was the nicest Hampton Inn we recently stayed in out of eight. It appears to be brand new. Everything was very neat and clean. We loved our room. Although we have noticed that in most Hampton Inn rooms we’ve stayed in recently , the plug ins by the bedside can never hold the plug and it falls out easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Our stay at the Hampton inn in North Little Rock was quite pleasant. The room was very clean modern and comfortable. Everything was well kept and there was no issues and the free breakfast in the morning had quite a few options. Overall I'm very satisfied with this day here especially driving through from Missouri towards Alabama it's a great place to stay over if you're making a journey like ours or anytime you need a good place to stay where you feel really safe

This Hampton Inn was awesome! Modern, clean, friendly n digital. The morning of 9 Feb 25, we came downstairs n were greeted with the biggest Good Morning! by the desk (did not get her name). The breakfast was the usual, but lots of room, all was hot n the coffee was great! Lots to do in this location, Corky’s, Longhorn are walking close, as well as the mall. Very safe n friendly place. Definitely recommend!

If you're staying in North Little Rock, look no further! This is where you need to be!

We pass through Little Rock several times a year, and we used to stay at a different Hilton brand hotel in the area, but after a slow speed come apart over the last few years, they finally hit rock bottom and we had a terrible experience a few weeks prior, so we tried this one instead and I am SO glad we did! It will now be our go-to spot to stay in North Little Rock.

Their staff was professional and welcoming and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Their location is far superior, a variety of nearby amenities for weary travelers. I love that their refrigerator is actually COLD, and they have a lot of "landing space" so you have plenty of room for all of your things and still a surface in which to eat if need be. The TV is HUGE, so we could all actually see it. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The breakfast was fantastic! I loved the Paris strawberry waffles!

One tiny hint for a fellow traveler: their barn doors are a little aggressive; very large and they slide FAST. Watch your fingers and appendages!

The room was clean and nice. It was a bit on the small side and didn’t have a microwave. We stayed in a Hampton Inn in Tennessee at the beginning of our trip (about 2 weeks earlier). It was larger and had more amenities in the room. We were so tired from driving all day that it wasn’t that important, but for the review I wanted to state what I would be looking for in a review. Hampton Inns are generally nice rooms (except in Ft Lauderdale by the port - old, overpriced, and yuck!) 😁 One of the greatest things about Hilton properties is that they are pet friendly! 🐾🐶🦴
