Our room was clean, hotel was quiet. Nice pool area (pool was FREEZING, however) and daily breakfast was very good. Had good service, appreciated snacks for sale downstairs in lobby, as well as coffee bar. Enjoyed our stay.

Arrived on night one and room smelled like sewage. I woke up to use the restroom and had to chase down a cockroach and kill it. Brought the bug to the front desk at 1 AM and let them know of the other issue. Had to call the next morning to remind of sewage smell from restroom. Maintenance had to clean out the piping and fix the drain. On second day, my key pad stopped working because of failed maintenance which was a battery issue. I let them know both in person and via texts where the property does follow-ups. When cleaning out luggage, I had a cockroach come out of my bag. I called the Hilton main customer experience line and they told me they called the hotel and confirmed it was noted, but that I’d need to call the manager. I called the manager who then tells me she has no idea what I’m talking about and that she’s never heard of such a thing at her property. She may as well called me a liar since she acted like this didn’t happen. Luckily, I have videos recorded I had posted on TikTok and have the screenshot of the text feedback prior to me checking out. Definitely not worth the well over $200 per night.

This hotel was great! Me and my family stayed here, and everything was above our expectations. The service was also amazing. All the attendants were so nice and friendly and gave us our room very quickly. I we would stay here again!

We stayed here on our way back from California as a way to break up the drive and we had an issue during booking that resulted in me needing to speak with a manager at the property. No one was available during our stay because it was the weekend and I've now called several times and have to speak with a manager. It is being frustrating that a hotel that is in the hospitality industry is making it so difficult to resolve what I believe to be a rather simple problem. We almost exclusively use Hilton when we stay at hotels and I think this particular location will not be an option for us in the future. I'm summary, the property is fine as long as you don't have to speak to management as they apparently aren't available.

I stay here when in Las Vegas for work. It’s perfect. Off the strip which I prefer, the area is quiet but safe, the rooms are always clean and have all the amenities one would need. Breakfast in the morning is great, gym, pool, hot tub, kind staff. And it’s close to lots of restaurants and shops!

I had an amazing stay at Hampton Summerlin. Adrianna who works at the reception desk was stellar. She was so kind and helpful despite me having a very stressful situation. I am 6 months pregnant, and I was originally supposed to stay at an Air Bnb in Vegas to attend my husband's military promotion ceremony over the weekend. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short at the Air Bnb because of unsafe/unsanitary conditions there. I was panicking and left without a safe place to go. I was calling all of the hotels in the area to try and get a room quickly, so I could have a place to get ready for the ceremony in and of course stay the night. Adrianna was so patient and nice, and really helped de-escalate my panic. She helped me get checked into my room early and there was even a military discount rate which was awesome! I was able to get ready on time and make it to the ceremony without any issues. Adrianna was amazing and I truly appreciated her help with everything, especially with how stressed I was from all of my pregnancy hormones! Lol.

As far as my stay went, I was very comfortable and the room was more than adequate. The bed was very cozy and clean, the shower/bathroom amenities were excellent, the hotel was very quiet, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty. I was well-rested after my overnight stay. I did check out the fitness center and pool too - both looked great and I wish I had more time to enjoy them.

This hotel is great to stay. The room
is perfectly clean, the furnish are new, smells good. The room has microwave and fridge, coffee machine. They have a great served breakfast, free. I recomend this hotel!

Public service announcement- Room 253 has bed bugs! Woke up with 6 bites in the morning. They got me a new room, downgraded to a queen because of availability but didn’t seem too concerned or sorry about it.
