Travelers: STOP HERE!
I am changing my review to 5 stars, partly because I had an issue and the General Manager called me within an hour and helped straighten it out, and partly because this is one of the nicest places I have stayed at. They have second-to-none housekeeping, the hotel is super-clean, and the staff is above average. I have told them that I wish the entrance was more prominent to represent what a great place this is. I’ve been in and out several days a week for the last month while dealing with home renovation, and I know there are cheaper places, but I still stay there, it’s that good. Breakfast is great, the water is always hot, the WiFi is amazing, I could go on and on, if you are traveling, I suggest stopping here! This is a safe area and an above average Hampton!

Clean hotel. Nice staff. Great location. Would stay here again. The only curious thing was that you can't set the AC to either heat or cool. So if I raised the temp (to not want it to keep cooling), it actually turned the heat on.

Instead of hitting one of the restaurants around the hotel, I recommend going to the BBQ place Tin Tops, just 15 minutes down the road last the town of Calera. Fantastic

Pricey, but the staff were all very friendly. The room was large and well equipped. The pool is small, the hot tub hot and works excellent! The breakfast was excellent! It even had over medium eggs on it! Every staff member we met was friendly and attentive!!

We were pleasantly surprised with this location. It was one of the cleanest Hampton Inns we have stayed in after Covid . The bed linens must have been new because they were so white. The bathroom had plenty of towels for us. They apparently have done some updating , like new carpet. The bathroom was a little dated , but it was so clean. We have stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns and this one was better than some. Housekeeping is doing a great job!

Very nice and clean hotel. Updated and the people working the desk were very friendly. Made our stay very enjoyable. If I were to travel here again I'd stop and stay here.

Excellent people working there. I was running a little behind on check out, but the cleaning lady did not rush me. The only bad thing was that the bed was a bit hard.

Great staff all the way around. Our room attendant was awesome. Friendly and got our room clean and ready quickly. The front desk was super helpful! And they do have a good selection of breakfast.

Great place just off the freeway. The rooms were clean, front desk was very friendly and the breakfast was good. They have a very nice coffee bar too.
