Way overpriced for the low end hotel this now is. Welcomed to our room by actual cockroach scurrying across the bathroom floor, walls so thin we could literally hear every conversation and footstep in all the rooms surrounding us as well as every vehicle driving by all nite long. Got in the shower this morning and the plunger was down so I had to fish around to lift the plunger in the shower water and then there was zero body wash and zero shampoo in the wall mounted bottles. The sheets were yellowed and dingy and worn and there were holes in the pillow cases as if mice have been eating them. I couldn’t wait to leave this morning. Disgusting hotel.

We had tragedy hit our home
We lost our house🏡 In the tornado of March 14, 2025
To the rescue came to the Hampton Inn and they’re wonderful crew
We felt like we were right at home again, even after losing everything
The breakfast every morning was a great way to start our day since we still had to go back to work in Cave City
They took extra good care of us at every turn
Even doing our laundry once a week for us to give us a break we knew them all by name they treated us great could not have had a better stay
When we travel, we choose Hampton Inn because we always get good treatment good beds and good breakfast
This experience was no exception thank thank you again for taking good care of us

Stayed here over Christmas while visiting family. Everyone was so nice! Our room still smelled like new! Do yourself a favor and stay here if visiting Batesville.

I do believe this may have been the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. I also found the person to check me in to be extremely kind and efficient. There was always coffee in the lobby and plenty of parking.

Ms. Dot, in charge of the Breakfast Buffet, was the nicest, most hospitable, most kind and most helpful, running the breakfast service with Southern Charm! Thank you and we will definitely return !!

Used to be really nice and could be again. Chair arms were black with filth and all the paint was cracking around the door. So dissappointing!

My sister needed an allergen safe room, so the hotel had her carpets shampooed for her arrival. Bedding was perfect and she was very comfortable! I'm Very Grateful. We were a funeral party & though I confused the staff with rooms types & check-in times, they straightened it up gracefully! Our rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast selections are good & the hostess is attentive to your breakfast desires. I especially enjoyed the L-shaped partitioned tables for conversation. If you have allergy problems & you need a hotel room, look no further than Hampton Inn Batesville
