The staff at HRO are literally experts and super helpful guiding customers to the right products to best meet their needs. Store is very well stocked, great sales and service support. Customer service is always great with the employees. Every piece of equipment I have was bought from this store. The manager could use some training on friendliness from my recent experience. Sad ham maybe? Additionally, my mars mod from their store was not done correctly as it will not transmit on 11meters if I need to in an emergency. He simply said, sometimes you will not be able to transmit. End of discussion. I will take it to someone else to do the mod correctly.
