After having issues with the second 5l motor replacement for oil consumption in my 2019 F150, the GM "Damon" was very understanding and sympathetic to my issues. Being a ford owner and dealing with Haldeman for 30 years, Damon took the time to look for dealer incentives on a leftover 2024 F150 I liked.
I ended up saving several thousand in incentives that Damon found for me making my decision to stay and purchase the 2024 F150 through an excellent sales person "Howard". Thank you both for your continued personal support and excellent sales experience.

Go to this dealership! I have never bought a new car and I've been terrified at the idea of owning a car above the year 2010... Driving home in a 2018 Ford escape was one of the best feelings ever and it's thanks to Kate and the great crew at Haldeman E. Windsor. I have had some terrible experiences at some dealerships. Haldeman Ford was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Bob was my salesman. He was a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson. He made me feel welcome’d and there was no pressure to buy anything. He made my experience fantastic. Let me say the my credit is not the best. I didn’t think I would be able to get my dream car as 2024 Mustang but Eric and Bob made it happen. They even got me an excellent interest rate. I couldn’t believe it. They made the car buying experience easy and fun again. I would definitely recommend going to Haldeman Ford and seeing Bob for a car. I can’t say enough about this dealership. I was in the market for a new used vehicle and I wanted a Ford. I am so happy I came to Haldeman in East Windsor. And so happy I got Howard as my salesman. I felt so comfortable here and did not feel that intense pressure that you get at many other dealers. It was all about me and what I was interested in. I had an absolutely awful experience at Haldeman Ford in East Windsor. The salesman was completely uninformed and had no knowledge of the vehicle I was purchasing. It was clear they didn’t care about making the process smooth or professional. Instead, they intentionally lied about what they would do, failed to follow through on their promises, and made everything unnecessarily difficult.

The staff was rude and condescending, acting like they were doing me a favor rather than providing decent customer service. Their careless attitude and dishonesty made this one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone—avoid them if you want a straightforward and honest transaction.
