Clean well organized fairly decent prices. My only complaint is they don't carry everything. Like for braiding or crochets they mostly have 1 and 1b. no 2,4,. My hair is natural brown almost auburn. Bgget black doesn't blend edith everything. It's like it only caters to one type of hair. Lots of wigs though if ur into them. I Am!

The owner was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
The young lady that assisted my with purchasing hair did a fantastic job, but the unprofessional human I encountered at checkout....supposedly the owner.....was the most obnoxious person I've run into in quite some time. All because I asked him to discount a wig that was on display and was the last one. Needless to say, they didn't get my money that day....and never will!!!!
They need to learn what "real" customer service is. Just because you're in the community supplying the demand does not mean that you are allowed to speak to customers any kind of way.
I won't be back and will tell everybody I come in contact with not to patronize your business!!
Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!
