Store is well managed by Luis. Super clean and well organized. Excellent service and great prices. Luis is very professional, kind and attentive with customers. His staff are attentive, friendly & greet everyone with a smile! They all go above and beyond to help in the best way they can their customers! This is a great store! This store is AMAZING! The staff, managed by Luis Soto, is exceedingly friendly and helpful, answering questions and pointing folks in the direction of items of interest. Denise, George, Flossie, Karen and Alex always have a smile and warm greeting for customers! The store is always immaculate and merchandised beautiffuly, paying special attention to groupings that create stories, and frequently refreshing the floor. So many beautiful items from this location adorn our home, and as our family and friends enjoy them, we are reminded of the wonderful mission fulfilled by Habitat for Humanity, and the staff or the Southern Ocenn County Store in particular. An absolute must for those looking to find that special something, and meet some very special people!!

I went to the store recently and i am impressed with the new management take over!!! They are doing a great job with the store now!! The Staff is very friendly and he is always willing to help with anything I need. I also enjoyed the new look when you first come into the store with the furniture set up !

Best place to find used furniture in the area

We donated our used in good condition furniture. We were very happy with the service. Two guys came in a truck and they loaded everything including upstairs bedroom set. Very professional and well-done fast service.

I emailed pictures of my furniture, made an appointment via email and they came a week later.
Very happy and we highly recommend this organization.

My wife and I never leave without some cool stuff at great prices! Prices start dropping drastically if something sits more than 30 days. I’ve been known to negotiate some prices even before the 30 days but it’s not typical. And best of all it’s for a good cause. They just re-organized the whole store did a lot of paint work it really looks good inside and very very friendly staff. I would highly recommend the place but I don’t want to many people to go in there and get stuff before I do!!

I walked into the store for the first time in many years. First impression was that the store was clean and very well organized. I spoke to a very nice woman in the furniture area and told her I was looking for items for our local high schools' play. She directed me to the manager Julie. Julie got out of her office and when I asked her if she could loan us some items she was more that happy to help. She not only showed me around the store but offered me some great ideas for accent pieces for the play. Filially she helped myself and another worked load things into my van. Excellent was my experience. I was so happy that she was excited to help our local high school. Cannot wait to go shopping there for my personal items!!!!!

I really like this store!! but even more now that it’s under new management. All the employees are so nice and help you with any questions you may have. I have to say that Louise is such a great guy! 👍👍 he’s a very busy guy that helps everyone, he’s very respectful and I think it was a great decision on promoting him!
