I don’t often shop here but as we were looking around we had dropped a small glass item and quickly went to tell an employee. Store associate Jerry was very polite as we explained what had happened and we went back to looking around. As we were walking around we’d found another spot of glass and we could hear a female employee loudly complaining about not seeing any glass anywhere. Not too much later an older woman, with short pixie cut brown hair, walked up to us as commented on ‘why would someone say there’s glass in that aisle when it’s right here’. Seeing as we had been the ones to tell them about the glass, we explained there was in fact glass in the other aisle. We went to show her as she seemed to not believe us and saw someone had cleaned it already. The woman continued to go on about there never being any glass as she goes down the aisle constantly, and we again mentioned someone must have cleaned it already as it was shattered over the floor ten minutes prior. After finishing shopping we went to check out and could hear the woman very loudly saying we were rude to her to another associate. Ma’am, we were showing you where glass had shattered, a Safety Hazard. I am so sorry our concern for other shoppers health and safety offended you. We checked out with associate Jerry and he continued to be a wonderful help and very kind and polite. Not sure if I’ll continue shopping here if that woman is there, every other employee had been wonderful.

An older lady that worked here barged into the changing room without a warning or anything on me and my friend. We could have been naked or had a child naked and she did not care at all and continued to be rude afterwards as well. Then she was yelling at us very rudely about how we can only have 5 items and we tried telling her we had 5 each person that we didn’t want to take up the 2 stalls when there was 2 others waiting in line. ALSO we were only in the changing room for a max of 7 minutes and were on our last outfit. We didn’t have bags so she would have had no reason to think we were stealing. We were very respectful and honestly we were going to buy a few things but decided not to after that happened.

Me and a friend were here trying on clothes in the stall and some old lady with glasses walked in with no warning. Started yelling at me and my friend because we had more than 5 items in one stall, we didn’t even have bags or purses to steal, I genuinely think she walked in because we were in there laughing. She was so rude and did this in front of other customers who were in the stall before us and they even admitted they brought 12 clothes in the stall and didn’t get in trouble. Called the manager and all he said was “he’d talk to her” he didn’t seem to care that much. Do not go here, not worth the harassment and invasion of privacy.

Way too expensive now. Been going there 5 years, and now even their Fill-A-Bag is ridiculous. Sticker shock today 2 bags $10. I definitely won't be coming back. Supposed to be a thrift store. Want to sell more lower prices not by looking up on ebay. I used to buy tons in the store then had to switch to treasure hunting outside.
I sure do miss the days of RONA. She knew how to run the place. Very sad day today indeed.

I could've bought 100 books at North Ave Thrift for that price.

Prices are horrible. Used to be a good place about 3 years ago. Had a small crackpot in there for 10 dollars. Brand new at Walmart 6 dollars. I've quit going there

I used to shop here quite often, but now that the prices have risen so much, I have stopped. To top it off, today I tried to leave a donation at the back door and they would not take it because they have too much inventory. I don't know how hard it is to figure out that higher prices means lower sales and too much inventory. This is a charity store that should be happy to help people that need the lower priced items.

I have been a regular customer and faithful spender as part of the rewards program. Recently, select employees such as a blond younger lady and whoever she could spread her negativity too have been outrageously rude and offensive. Following me closely everywhere I turn as I can hear them accusing me and saying rude things about me to other customers as well as employees. I have spent angood amount of money here as I regularly shop. Recently a woman employee came up to me and literally grabbed MY bag from my body to look and grab inside. I had to argue with her that they were MY belongings with no apology just dirty looks. As a disabled and low income person who shops thrift out of necessity, this was the last place I thought I would have felt DISCRIMINATion or profiling!!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL staff and you have cameras ppl. Stop being lazy if u have inventory loss issues and stop blaming easy targets who are just needy. Not thieving, you just lost a Great Paying customer. Your selection, not worth being harassed or bullied.
