The store is lover than medium but the stuff was very polite and eager to help but holy Heaven, we waited for TWENTY MINUTES! In the store were FIVE PEOPLE! I can understand they care too much for their safety but we are not in Columbia for god sake very but if you want to throw your time in a trash bin this store is perfect if not don’t even look at this shop

Cici was amazing! She went above and beyond for us. From trying to find me matching shoes to my bags all the way to helping me find shoes for my friends presents too! Nothing was too hard, she was so patient with us. Hubby is so so happy with his shoes from here. There was so much stock! The security guards and the other sales assistants were so kind, so nice and friendly. They truly made our day! Will definitely be back and will be finding Cici again!

Disappointing Customer Service & Experience

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Tyler at Gucci.

My husband and I purchased two Gucci footwear items, one of which needed to be shipped to us. Given that it was our wedding anniversary and we had to leave for our vacation to another state, we relied on Tyler's assurance that the item would be shipped within 2 days. We even paid for expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery.

However, after two days, Tyler became unresponsive. We tried contacting him multiple times, only to be met with complete silence. We had to escalate the issue to the customer service department just to get an update. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.

It’s frustrating that we trusted its reputation for excellent service. The employees lack of follow-through and communication has fallen short of our expectations. Our special occasion has been marred by this disappointing experience.

I hope Gucci takes steps to address this issue and ensures that their customers receive the level of service they deserve.

I drive an hour to this store and always have a positive and fun experience.

Maria has been my favorite Gucci expert.
She spent time answering all of our questions, never rushing me and always showing options and providing advice. Few items not on display that I was interested in, she was able to find! I know it can get costly but I am so very happy with my purchases because of all the information I receive before check out. She also provides follow up and ensures I am happy with my purchase after I leave the store. Thank you Maria!

I will continue to make all my purchases at this location because of her customer service, knowledge and ability to build customer loyalty that is definitely hard to come by these days. 5 Stars, Maria.

I recommend making an appointment because the lines can be long. The customer service is ALWAYS fantastic! I have shopped at other Gucci stores and this one stands above the others! Oh and the sales are phenomenal!

There was a huge line, I forgot to ask why were we in line. My first visit was just a walk-in.

8/25/20: Very nice shop. I found great slip on shoes. The staff were professional, friendly, & very helpful. 3/31/21: I found 2 pair of nice sandals. May, 2020. My personal sales lady, Gita, found me this great tee 👕 in my size! She went in back & found it for me. This style was not on the racks out front! Pretty blue, green, & red. I was happy. 6/11/21: I love 💕 my 🆕 🌬️ windbreaker that i bought today.
