1 of the worst Goodwills I ever shopped at. Went here because my daughter needed a all white shirt. Staff is rude and and angry… Manager has no control over his staff or store. i will try my hardest to never shop here again and they play horrible music…. Next time I ever go, I’ll take pics of staff and manager.

Greedy, greedy, greedy. You guys get everything donated to you, and you jack up prices often higher than what I would see at a retail store. There have been many occasions where your back staff messed up and kept tags on a new item but priced your Goodwill price the same as a retail store was asking. Of course nobody cares and, "prices aren't negotiatable". Fitting rooms are now non existent. Now, you bring back 50% off Saturday for only one day? How silly!! Before COVID, it was every other Saturday. Again, greedy. Oh, and let's start charging for bags!! You're all about money and NOT about helping people anymore. Very sad. Also, your staff sucks!

I love shopping at goodwill but give me and the people a break. People donate to your stores and you turn around and charge outrageous prices. Found an item marked $8.49 and the regular price sold in the store $4. They have the nerve to leave the original price on the box. So you want us to pay double the price at a thrift store?

AND why are you still afraid of COVID? You sell used items, you have no idea where they come AND you are selling wigs (possible lice) but you keep the dressing rooms closed because you are afraid of what? People catching a cold from trying on used closed?

Make this make sense.

Kate really saved my day when I accidentally dropped off a family heirloom. She went above and beyond more than she had to and found my item. She’s great and the whole staff at this location or kind.

I've been a loyal customer of this store since it opened, but two incidences with the current manager at this location, Alona , have caused me swear off this store. I purchased a furniture item at another Goodwill and this store manager refused to take it back even though my receipt showed it had bought it the day before. She said I had to take it to the original location because it was in too bad of condition for her to sell (pictured below.). I also took a pic of a coffee table at her store that was in much worse shape (below) so her reason was arbitrary. Then a week later they refused to sell a framed picture to me. I had seen it on the shelf for $24.99 for 2 weeks and I finally decided to buy it the day it was half off because it had a purple tag. When I took it up the register they said the price tag had been altered by “someone” and they refused to sell it up me. They stopped short of accusing me of doing it but it was extremely uncomfortable in front of a line of customers to say the least. Then they put it back on the shelf for $99.99. It’s pictured below. Wow, this store has changed over the years and the management is now unfriendly and accusative. I feel dirty just walking inside. I am now using Facebook Marketplace and Offer Up. Now I'm dealing with friendly people who honor their price and the quality is infinitely better. Goodwill is overpriced junk and run by people who believe most of their customers are thieves. I have contacted the corporate office with a complaint. I will update this if they actually respond.

Update: The AZ Corp office of Goodwill never responded. It's 2 months later and I checked to find that the picture is still sitting on the shelf despite the fact that it's tag color makes it half off. Seriously, Goodwill?!?

Lots of good stuff. I could go in and completely furnish a house/apt... From the dishes in the kitchen to the sheets on the bed.
