I had the BEST experience working with Lindsay at G's Bridal! My 18 year old daughter looks so beautiful in the gown she chose. We live in another part of the country and Lindsay made it easy because she listened to what Bella wanted and delivered 2 gowns that were beautiful and exactly what Bella was looking for. We shipped back the one she didn't want and Bella has her dream gown, which is of the highest quality and a great value. They have so many beautiful gowns and great advice on what would complement your figure. I'm determined to lose another 15 lbs so I can rock one of G's Bridal's gorgeous gowns!

They are not at this address anymore, so make sure to get the right one before going. Lindsay was who I communicated with beforehand to set up an appt and she asked lots of questions about the dress style we were looking for, and even though she was in the process of moving locations and had lots of dresses boxed up she had a couple for us to try that were the style we were looking for. One of them is still a strong contender (we haven’t completely decided yet!) Things were a bit disorganized, but Lindsay ready understood my daughter’s vision and worked to make it happen :).

Purchased a dress on 10/21 for a wedding that is on 11/9. I was told alterations would be done by Halloween. I had to call for an update on 11/2 and was told it would be done on 11/8. 11/8 came and went with no call or update. I had to call on 11/9 for an update and throughout the day I had to keep waiting to hear back from them because they needed to speak with the seamstress. Then I was told I would be able to get the dress the following day from 11-3 directly from the seamstress. I asked for the address and she said she would text me once she confirmed I didn't have a balance which I assured her I paid already. Hours went by and no address was sent I had to call AGAIN to get the address. The next day (being today) comes and I go to pick up the dress and not all the alterations were done and the worst part was two flowers were placed on the back to
Cover the sample stitching I was told would be removed. I didn't want the dress and asked for a refund. She did offer to make a Shaw, or add fabric to cover the horrible Job the seamstress did but I wanted nothing else to do with this circus. With the wedding being two days out. After a ton of phone calls back and forth I was refunded $110 of my $147 spent. (I was told she had to charge for her time) So I do not recommend this place at all. What a nightmare I'm glad to be done with.

My visit yesterday to G's Bridal was just what I hoped it would be. I was super nervous but Lindsay made me feel comfortable and reassured me that I was in good 🙌hands. Since this is my first time getting married and not quite sure of the right questions to ask, she was very professional, patient with me, and very knowledgeable. She even made suggestions for me to consider. I would definitely recommend G's bridal to family and friends.

I did not have a good experience trying on wedding dresses here. The staff is unprofessional, the dresses are not kept and stored nicely. They are all off-the-rack so what you try on is what you buy, one dress had pulled beads, another had a snag in the fabric making it appear bunched up. This would be okay if the dresses were discounted but they aren’t.. I found much more beautiful and custom dresses elsewhere for the same price. Rating 2 stars instead of 1 because the woman who did help me was kind and tried very hard to find me something I liked and I appreciated that.

I went in today to find a sparkly dress for an event. Lindsay was so helpful with making sure I found the best dress for the occasion. She was honest and supportive on sizing and color. I felt so comfortable taking my time to find what I wanted. Chrissy also greatly helped me with trying on dresses. They were both very positive and willing to help with anything. I had such a pleasant experience here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing experience while picking out a beautiful gown.

I had such a wonderful experience at G’s Bridal. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly and helpful. They have a gorgeous assortment of dresses! If they do not have your size or if you are looking for a particular dress they can order it for you. I was looking for a formal gown for my nephew’s wedding.
